I’m so glad we purchased this king bedframe. I was so hesitant to buy it and kept looking around but couldnt find another for such a good price. I definitely thought the quality will be a compromise, but it wasn’t! To my surprise it is a great quality product, very sturdy and well constructed. The colour was exactly what I wanted and upholstery is done really well! Really good quality for the price. And it was super easy to assemble. No damage or missing items. Love it!!

I just set up my King size bed less than 1 week ago, so I can’t speak to the sturdyness of it, but I can say that is was super easy to set up and I love the way it looks!I am, however, extremely disappointed by Amazon’s customer service on this order. The price on this bed dropped dramatically shortly after I ordered it and I contacted Amazon to see if I could get a price adjustment. Apparently there is nothing they can do. I have had far better customer service through third party sellers on Amazon. â¹ï¸

I rarely have the time to write reviews, but I READ them all the time. I purchased this frame because of the price, coupled with the good reviews. And now I want to add my own because this company deserves it!Bottom line: I can’t imagine a better bed for the priceâor a smoother assembly.The parts are extremely well made, from the stitching to the metal parts. Not thin, flimsy, or sloppy. And more importantly they fit together perfectly! No misaligned holes. No “almost fits” spots. Just perfectly aligned. The directions were very clear diagrams (okay, one step looked to me like a giant tangle of lines and arrows and I had no idea what it was showing me, but it wasn’t too hard to just look at the parts and figure it out). Plus, they give you extra screws (who does that?) and one of those ratchet Allen wrench things (again, who does that?) so you’re not spending all day tightening all the numerous screws. Now, don’t be like me and FORGET about the ratchet wrench until you are halfway through and cursing how long it’s taking to tighten them all.Aside from the simple, elegant style, I purchased this bed frame because I have a small bedroom and the size was perfect. So many other platform frames I looked at were much larger. When you have a small bedroom, even a few inches makes a big difference. Keep in mind that the mattress sits on TOP of the slats, not nestled inside a lip of the frame. It’s the look I wanted and the dimensions I wanted. But be sure it’s for you. I especially love that there is velcro to hold the slats in place.I’ll leave it to others to talk about it’s comfort. I haven’t slept on it yet. But if I find there are any issues/complaints, I’ll come back and add it here. All I can say is that it looks and feels amazing at this point.The only minor complaints I have are about the feet and the packaging. The feet are black plastic, which is, to me, cheapens the elegance of the bed. You don’t notice them that much, so it’s not a big deal overall, but I’d pay extra to be able to order legs in solid wood. Zinus, are you listening?Also, the packaging. It’s excellent that all the pieces come packed inside the headboard, but I’d love to see way less plastic and styrofoam being used. We can do better for the planet these days.

My girlfriend and I went to numerous furniture stores but couldn’t find the right bed. My girlfriend was very happy with the look, and was happy with the assembly and the price. Also, it’s very sturdy. We put it together in about 45 mins with three people with no issues. Would recommend… in fact, would give 6 out of 5 stars if possible.

This item came a day late, which threw my whole bedroom change-over off. The item was delivered to my porch, and boy was it really heavy. After getting it into the bedroom, we opened it up and got right to it. All the parts are nestled in the back of the zip up head board. My hubby really dug that. He commented we could hide things in there too.The instructions were straight forward pictures with arrows, and easy to follow. It took the 2 of us about 40 minutes to put it together. Once together, it looked sharp. I don’t like how close to the ground you are. It makes getting out of bed a bit cumbersome, but I think I’ll get used to that. The upholstered fabric might get dirty, and it doesn’t look as if it would be easy to clean. I got this specific model, because I have underbed storage containers, and most of the platform beds are very close to the ground. It was advertised it was 6 inches, and I needed at least 5.5 inches. My containers stored under the bed just perfectly.

1/24/2024 UPDATE: I have now had this bed frame for 8 years and I consider this the single best Amazon purchase I’ve ever made. This bed frame has survived through FOUR moves, 3 mattresses, 4 cats, and one house fire. It is an absolute beast.The bed frame itself is still in IMMACULATE condition, but my cats have used the upholstered parts as scratching posts so its looking a bit dingy these days and it’s time to replace it. I am only looking at bedframes from this same company (and honestly I might just buy this one again!).I think my favorite thing about this bed is how easy it is to put together (especially since I move so often!). I’m the kind of person that takes 4 days to put an ikea table together, but I can take this bed apart and put it back together all by myself in 20 mins tops. The slats with the velcro is GENIUS and all beds should be made like this lol.I originally used a regular spring mattress and a topper, but switched to a Nectar mattress a few years ago. I think the Nectar mattress works much better with the style of the bed. It also gives the best height to comfortably use the headboard as a backrest while sitting up in bed to read or whatever.Seriously, if you’re on the fence about this bed, just jump. You won’t regret it!4/12/18 UPDATE: Its been a year and a half and Iâm still in love with this bed! Iâve had zero problems with it and I get lots of compliments when friends come over.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I was in dire need of a bed frame and I didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg. This bed is perfect. Super cheap and super cute. It goes perfectly with my bedroom and the upholstered headboard is gorgeous. It was really easy to put together and it feels very sturdy. I’ve had it for almost 4 months now and I love it just as much as the day I bought it.I think it was made as a platform style bed so you’d only need a thin mattress for it. I prefer beds that sit higher up so I use a regular mattress and a 9″ memory foam mattress on top of that and it’s great.

None of the other complaints have relevance this far. Frame and construction are metal and relatively solid. Thought frame would be wood based on reviews of broken center frame stand/leg but I honestly don’t see how that is possible with normal use (and even ‘heavy action’ ð). Fabric and tufting all look really beautiful as well. We chose one with small footboard for a bit more appeal. This one took a longer to arrive but worth the wait. We coupled with Zinus 8 inch memory foam mattress and it got perfectly into this foundation. Box is really heavy. I’m 6-3, 220 pounds and we chose to open in kitchen and bring pieces up to bedroom for assembly. Neatly packed though, must agree. Anyway, great looking bed. Footboard is really low and does not cramp my legs at 6-3. WARNING: 18 months in and there are creeks or squeaks. Padding underneath headboard is firm: good for laying up against to watch hours of Game of Thrones ð. Would buy again and recommend to friends/family. Unbelievable buy for the price.
