Easy to install and worth it
Very very happy, was 2 hours to go and well worth it, durable , easy instructions, three out a wooden sleigh bed for this and extremely happy, quiet, great value and even my dogs love it with room to go under more easily

Excellent Construction and Assembly
If you are used to inexpensive wooden bed frames, be prepared to move to the next level. The wooden ones do the job, but they are not meant to be taken apart and re assembled too often. They tend to loosen up and get sloppy. I thought I’d give a metal bed frame a go instead. This one bolts together, yet it doesn’t look at all industrial and the fit of the pieces is pretty good. No weird blind nuts and threaded tubes either. Its all done with bolts. You even get a ratchet wrench with it. Yes, it has a center post, and the wooden slats are held in with Velcro; none of the “other” style with the slats held in with peg posts at the end. The slats are one piece – they go across from side to side in one length and are held in place with Velcro. I am SO tired doing hand to hand combat with 2 piece slats with the peg posts on the first slat Grrrrrr….. . So what stops the mattress from sliding off the end? Two slats have a sticky strip that the mattress sits on. Its literally held on with double sided tape. No worries. The Velcro slats and the sticky tape have the mattress locked down good.This bed frame is SOLID. Its nothing special…. not really, but it does the job with little drama and is dead easy to put together. They even give you some extra bolts. By the way, there are no nuts. The bolts thread into the metal pieces.This is an excellent bed frame. For what I paid and having dealt with wooden bed frames (think imported from a Scandinavian company) this is NO contest. I’d do it again in a heart beat. Inexpensive wooden bed frames? I’m done.

Very happy with this great buy
I just took possession of this model ZINUS MIA. Very solid frame, really a strong 4.5 star*. The price point is great!!! Assemble was very easy, super well designed. Paper instructions nice, but the company 2 minute video is a must to watch. Very happy with the purchase..* I deducted a 1/2 star as I thought the wooden slats were a bit light on strength, but they would do the job. This is a solid product worth the price…..However…I am going to supplement the slats by adding a1/8″ of ‘hardboard’ on top of them (e.g.. I will just lay a couple of 2′ X 5 ‘ panels widthwise across the frame on top of the slats. Then just secure each with a couple of 12″ zip/cable-ties (one at the side of each panel anchored to the center slat under the panel. Very low cost ($25 to do) and very easy.

A low profile, reasonably priced, sturdy bed.
Nothing wrong with the bed at all. This is my second Zinus bed, and assembly is so much simpler than Ikea beds. This one is sturdy, and absolutely does the job, and the price is reasonable. There is a lot of space for storage below. If you need a double bed, without a upholstery headboard, this is a very good choice. Don’t pay more than $220.

2 Bedframe or Not 2
I like the bedframe, I have 12 inch thick top of the line , cool Breeze Temperpedic, mattress that I am using for this bedframe.It fits great with this bedframe and sits high up which I really like for me because I am a 6 feet tall guy with a bad back. So this is perfect for me to get in and out of my bed. I also like that it can hold my weight because I am tall and heavy guy 260lb guy. This bedframe is nice and durable strong. Easy to put together and did not take very long 15mins for two people or 30mins for one person but would not recommend using one person, because you need one person to hold the other end of the frame while the second person screws in the other end.The other strategy i started with the headboard first by putting it together with screws.once I completed the head board,I went to screw in the long metal right Right side long metal frame screws into the right side of the headboard.I then continued to do the same for the left side attach the left side long metal frame screwing that into the left side of the headboard. At this point you are more than half way complete. All you have to do is the footboard Overall this bedframe is nice simple clean durable safe bedframe but yet on its own the bedframe is not heavy at all.

Thoughtful design, packaging and assembly
The anesthetics and build quality are top notch. This review focuses on the assembly & the small but impactful design elements. Numbers relate to the pics…1. The hardware comes PRE assembled! I.e. washers are already on the bolts. Genius.2. & 3. The parts that interface have the SAME number sticker. Very useful for laying out the parts.4. The rails and slats have velcro which eliminates movement of the slats.5. Tools and hardware are all included.6. They’ve included a handy Allen key ratchet tool. Very useful and speeds up the assembly.7. The centre rail has a soft pad to eliminate all potential noise from the slats.8. They’ve added two peel-off stickers to eliminate mattress movement.It looks great and is Rock solid.. all the long rails are one piece which helps with structural integrity. Well done to the people who designed this wonderful product.

Heavy and sturdy
The bed is as advertised, a simple and elegant metal queen bed frame with wooden slats. The item arrived much earlier than anticipated as well.The first thing I noticed was how heavy the package was. Assembly was easy and intuitive and all the tools are included. The metal bars align with each other perfectly. No squeaky noises in 2 weeks of use and the non-scratch leg pads are great which also allows it to be easily moved on hardwood floor. Hopefully it would last a long time. Really happy about the purchase.

Hollow sounding but sturdy feel…
Easy and quick to assemble alone, looks good and feels sturdy too. It’s budget friendly; I got mine for $160. After a week of use on a full size bed, I’ve only got 2 minor complaints:1) the wood slats are just velcro’ed on to the frame so they can make a but of noise as you get on or leave the bed. Once I got on, they’ve been quiet.2) the metal frame is hollow. If you knock on it, you’ll hear it for sure. So try not to do that and you likely won’t have anything to complain about.

I needed a metal bed frame that was strong and sturdy. This fits the bill. It took me about 3 hrs to put together and the instructions are pretty easy to understand. It recommends two people but im a small woman and I did it by myself. All the hardware was included and nothing was damaged. The box was VERY heavy so you might need help getting it in the room. It’s very sturdy and looks nice and sleek. I wish the headboard was taller but I placed my box spring on the frame so I guess that’s my fault. There’s also a lot of room uber the bed for storage. My cat lives going under there and sleeping. Highly recommend for a low budget but nice and reliable bed frame.

After searching for a new bed frame for our guest room I did the required research and this one kept jumping to the top. It had so many great recommendations that it was hard to believe it could be as sturdy, modern and easy to put together as everyone said. I ordered it and am pleased to report that they were right. I bought a queen size Zinus mattress (my second one) and this foundation headboard. Never in my wildest dreams did I think the foundation would be as good as the mattress. It was easy to assemble, and man is it sturdy. I like the minimalist look. The 14â high spacing for storage is perfect.

First of all this is my second Zinus bed frame. I bought one a couple years ago and was absolutely so impressed by how well marked and well instructed the assembly information was. This has changed. The previous frame had every hole and every piece marked with a letter or a number. It went together so easy and so fast. This one, however, there was no markings on the pieces at all, only labels on a few of the connections. You have to figure how the pieces come together based on the shape in a very minimal graphic-only instructions. I could go on, but the big issue was that there was one piece at the headboard that should have been indicated that there was a direction to it, as neither the connectors #s, nor the graphics addessed this. This would not have been an issue had they marked it as well as they had the last Zinus bed frame that I purchased. Added about 30 minutes to undo, flip it, and reconnect. Took about 2 hours total to put together, one person. My previous frame went together in about half that because it was so well marked, no pondering about which part goes where. Other than that, I have no complaints on the frame. It’s well made, looks sturdy, and really nice. It’s a good quality for the price. I just wish I could laud their assembly instructions like I did for my previous bed frame. It was certainly a big part of why I went with a Zinus again this time around. All they need to do label all of them like they used to!
