I really enjoy this table set. There’s just something about it. Definitely the price but for the table itself, maybe the unique, maybe that it doesn’t look like your average ordinary dinner table, or maybe just because it fits in with our italian style decorated kitchen? I don’t know.Assembly: Super easy. Took about 15 min with a power drill. It was also really nice that they included all hardware and tools needed to assemble including a ratcheting ratchet and spare screws which I thought was a nice touch.Durability: Unfortunately, when installing new lights above, I lost grip of my heavy power drill and if fell from the ceiling, onto the table. I was really upset with myself and though I ruined the brand new table already. Surprisingly, it just left a tiny dent as seen in the picture and barely noticeable.Thus far, its held up great. Can put 2 stools on the end and host 6 people at the table quite comfortably. This table set is also great for small spaces as when your done, the benches fit perfectly under the table and everything stores away nice and compact.This table set is highly recommended!**Update 2023**Since my review, we moved. Our new kitchen is a completely different color from our last and our table didnt go with the kitchen cupboards. Didn’t want to sell this table and decided to refinish it instead. I put a new wood finish on the tops and the rest of table took paint very well. If you like to look of this set but are a little indifferent about the color, don’t worry, it can be changed very easily!As for durability, this table set has been well used. The legs and bench hardware are still great. No warping or wobble.

Attention to Detail
I used the word “nifty” (un-ironically) while assembling this table and benches. The ratchet tool that is included is worth the price of the table alone.It’s beautiful, sturdy, fits in my space perfectly. There are floor protectors already attached to the bottoms of the legs! It’s a small thing, but so appreciated. The color is not espresso, but it is close enough. I am beyond pleased with the quality of the product and the attention to detail by the vendor as well as the value for the price. I have purchased tables for 5 times the amount I spent on this combination and I prefer this set BY FAR!!

Good value, but you get what you pay for
I love that this table and bench set in made with solid wood and it was very easy to assemble and will be easy to take apart and reassemble if we need to move it. I’m sure these pieces will last for many years to come.With that being said, both benches have a rough spot on the top and one of the benches wobbled because one of the legs was about 4mm shorter than the rest. I fixed this by adding an extra pad to the bottom of the leg. I feel like the quality control should be better so that customers don’t need to deal with these issues.All and all it’s a decent product as long as you don’t care about perfection. These minor issues weren’t enough for me to warrant the hassle of returning the product.

Decent table, but quality is lacking
Arrived much faster than expected, and set up was easy. The size is perfect for my condo.The downside is while it looked sturdy, the bench was already scratched when it arrived. It looks as if ball bearings ran across it, depressing the wood. Table top also had a slightly damaged edge. Not the quality I expect from Zinus

Sturdy Legs
Little pricey for just a table. But it is all I needed. Table is well built and sturdy. It is not dark coloured as said. But no marks on it and was packaged very well.

Small kitchen table
The packaging of the table was excellent. Table arrived on time, the assembly was very easy – we needed only to screw 4 legs with 2 screws each using the tool that came with table. The table is sturdy, the instruction said to not exceed 50 kg on it, since it is a small table 50kg is already too much for it.Aver-all very good choice, I would definitely recommend it.

This table is so nice for the price! I needed a kitchen table to use until I found something I liked. I am pleasantly surprised by how nice this table is and decided to continue to use it instead of looking for something else. It is small – which I knew it would be – but it fits well in my dining area. I love the color and the style. It really is sturdier than I expected and itâs nice and level also (for the price I expected it to maybe feel wobbly but it doesnât at all). It was really easy to assemble as well. The finish is nice also. It doesnât seem to ding or scratch easily. I really canât say enough good things about this table.

I’ve had guests of various weights sit on them and they handle the weight really well, even those on the heavier side.
