Solid, easy to assemble
I was a bit surprised (and happily so) to see how solid a construction this bedframe offered. The metal used is much thicker than some other items I’ve purchased and the result is a steady, non-wobbly end product. The bolts used are decidedly heftier that what you get in a typical DIY furniture project. The tools are neatly packaged and they even include a ratchet wrench Allen key which is miles (kilometers? )better than being stuck with an S-shaped Allen key. The bolts supplied are also a bit heftier than anything I’ve seen on Ikea furniture. All in all, the joints look to be very solid and I don’t expect to need to re-tighten them anytime soon.The process was relatively fast, and if you follow the instructions in the order given, you’ll have your new bed frame put together in less than a half hour. It is well packed too so little chance of damage during basic delivery.One minor issue:The description here on Amazon stated that there was a 14″ clearance from the floor up to the bottom of the platform. This is true. It’s one of the reasons I went with this style over others. HOWEVER, Once you have the frame together and toss on the mattress (I just bought a memory-foam Douglas mattress, weighing in at 75 lbs) and sit that on top of a carpeted floor, the extra clearance I was expecting between the frame and my 13.5″ bins… well that ½” spare space disappeared as the bed sank a wee bit into the padded carpet. Now obviously this is NOT a problem with the bed frame in any way, but it is something that needs to be considered.So I’ll just need to MacGyver myself a way to raise the four legs up by an extra inch as I am not keen on spending $35 or more on a set of plastic risers.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this frame to anyone. I’m completely happy with this purchase.

Simple Sturdy Bed
This bed was easy to assemble and looks nice. It is not going to win any design contests, but it is nice and clean. The pad is comfortable for reading or viewing. It is sturdy and doesn’t make a sound.

Easy, sterdy, good price
Was not about to spend 400 on a bed frame at a local store. Figured I would try this out, took me about 45min to assemble alone! Easy instructions if you lay it all out properly. Comes with extra screws and a tool for you to screw it all in with! It’s high enough also that I am able to fit storage buckets, my suitcase and a shoe rack under my bed to save space in my room.Had it for a few months now and no squealing or tightening needed yet!

The metal frame is very sturdy and all parts were easy to secure together.The headboard is a nice fabric covering with some foam inside.What isnt great is if you have a spring or hybrid mattress with small coils as I do. Some of the springs can end up not supported at all by slats of wood that are a few inches apart. While the wood slats do hold the weight of the mattress, it allows some springs to not be supported at all. In time, this could cause those springs to poke through the mattress bottom or become misaligned. Because of this, I suggest this frame isnt well supporting hybrid mattresses as it should. More wood slats, closer together or just wider slats would solve this. The 3″ or so between the slats is too much.Also the 2 non-slide tapes placed on the top of two of the slats does work really well to keep the mattress affixed. But to move the mattress for rotation or flipping, you will need to pull it straight up with a good deal of force to dettach it. If you do this more than a couple of times, The tape will lose its effectiveness. Just dont peel the top of the tape shield off unless you really need your mattress to be stuck to the frame. The two wood slats that have the tape on them can become dettached from the velcro on the frame if you pull up on the tape.The velcro on the frame helps hold the slats in place and also keeps it quiet when sleepers toss and turn. You might need to realign these slats every few months though as the slats could become worn and move small amounts.The 14″ height of this frame does give a full 12″ of space to keep things under the bed or just to help keep it cleaner without having to remove the mattress. Also this frame height is great when combined with a 10 or 12 inch mattress so you dont have as much trouble getting into or out of bed.I do wish this frame had some simple little tabs that could be placed on the sides of the frame to help keep the mattress in place. Since the mattress lays on top of the frame instead of recessing a bit into it, it can move around on the frame. The icluded tape helps but small tabs either built-in or screwed to the frame would have helped.Overall, I like this bedframe. It was affordable but is built quite sturdy. Its main flaw is the distance between the wood slats is too big.

I needed a bed for my small bedroom and didn’t want to pay a lot of money for a whole bedroom set. Saw this read all the reviews and order it. Everythings was included in the box with extra bolts and screws. Thats was reassuring to have. They even gave you the tools to put it together along with a QR code to view online. Because of the weakness in my left hand, it took me a little longer to put it together. But, I did it and I used an electric small screwdriver to help tighten the screws. Been sleeping on my bed for a few weeks and no problems. Love the grey paddle headboard and black metal frame. This is a good one.

I love everything about it it’s so comfortable with my bed I can not be happier must have if your looking for a bed frame!!!!!!!
