Great quality and affordable Ergonomic chair
 After extensive research, I ordered this chair as I was struggling with pain in the neck, shoulders, and lower back due to my earlier old chair. I spend lots of time seating on chair for gaming and other stuff. After using this chair for a period of time, I am experiencing less pain and seems I am on right track. So surely recommend this chair.Installation was fairly easy with only 4-5 steps and few screws, it took me no more than 20 min. Package included everything needed for installation including Allen key and some spares.Chair build quality seems very solid and has a super look. The chair base and wheels are of great quality too and seems durable.I liked the reclining feature, as it is smooth and can be locked at any degree or position.Vibrating pillow is a great addition, it has 3 settings Hi, Mid, Lo and an OFF/selection button. At Mid position it seems like vibrating slow and fast intermittently. I liked the Hi mode which provides little massage to my lower back.I noticed that the seat and back cushion is thick and little firm but comfortable, I guess this is because it is made up of high-density foam. So, I am expecting this should not get worn out quickly like my earlier chair. The high-density foam is good from ergonomic point of view as too much cushioning can cause the body to sink into a chair constraining movement.Since I am not a tall guy, so looking at the chair seat size I was a bit concerned about my hands will properly rest on hand rests or not while gaming, but it is all good. I can comfortably rest my hands on the hand rests and it’s cushions are good too.Customer support team is excellent and very responsive when I reached out to them about warranty query. I received response within 20 minutes.Another cool feature is slide in and out footrest, I find it great for my long lazy TV watching session.Few things can be improved, like head cushion position is bit awkward but can be adjusted. I just removed it as I find it more comfortable without head cushion. Also, access to height adjustment lever is not bad even if I am short guy but could have been longer for very easy access.Overall solid sturdy and comfortable gaming chair at affordable price. Surely value for money!

Great chair terrible packaging **UPDATED REVIEW**
*** NEW UPDATE July 2021***I was eventually able to get a hold of the manufacturer via Facebook, and after some discussion about the problems I had they agreed to send me a new chair. My experience with their customer service team once reached them was pleasant and they sympathized with my concerns and frustration. After sending them a video showing all the problems with the chair that was when they decided to send a fresh new chair that arrived today. The chair arrived 5 days after that decision was made.The difference between this new chair and the old one is night and day. The box didn’t look like it took a tumble down a dozen flights of stairs. All the parts were pristine inside, and the bolts and screws etc that previously were all over the place was inside their designated spot and none were missing. The chair legs and wheels were intact, unlike the previous one which was damaged on delivery. Assembly was much easier this time around as the parts fitted seamlessly, where the previous one was a struggle probably because the box was obviously jostled quite a bit. Given the condition of this new chair compared to the original, it would appear that the original chair may have been a one off situation.Would I buy this chair again? Given the level of customer service and care I received once I got a hold of them, yes I would be.***UPDATED REVIEW June 2021***Gas Cylinder is constantly sinking, and the spring for the back piece no longer has any tension and no longer sits upright so any back support is gone since the chair defaults to an extended laid back position. Very disappointed for the money I spent getting this. I have not been able to contact anyone from their “customer support” as the email I was able to find gets bounced back.I want to clarify that this is indeed a comfortable chair, and while I am happy with the end result there are a few gripes I have.The package arrived a day early so that is a plus, but the package looked like it was dropped down a half dozen flights of stairs. Upon opening the package I found random bolts and washers all over the place.Collecting them and placing them to the side I continued to dig through the package looking for parts.There were two casters that were damaged, one that I have pictured here, and another which has a hairline crack running down one side. The cardboard package holding the bolts and washers was also damaged presumably the cause of all the bolts and washers being all over the place.Some bolts were missing, presumably lost during its travel, fortunately I had some spare bolts the right size for the 3 bolts missing.The construction though feels solid and well built. And you definitely noticed the thickness of the seat in a positive way. The material looks great, and the smell you normally have from pu leather is minimal.I will be contacting the company to see about getting a replacement caster and probably a set of replacement arms since on my chairs they seem to always be the first thing to fall apart.Would I recommend this chair? Yes I would, purely on the hope the packaging issue was a one off problem, and I was just unlucky.

I liked it, easy to assemble, comfortable, it also has a good style, the massage system it has is not good, it is very basic, it is vibration and that’s it, but in general it is good and I like its materials.

Nice and comfy
I got this chair because my other had a wheel that broke, its already been a small while since i got this one and it’s still all good so far.The delivery was fast, i managed to assemble it on my own with a bit of time, its pretty comfy except if you sit bad then it might be a bit hard. The arm rest are pretty good and padded, compared to some other i saw that are just small and hard.The cushion is supposed to massage but idk id say it just vibrates on your back, not bad per say but i dont use it that often. Finally my favorite part has to be the footrest, my last one had one and i don’t think I’d be able to buy a chair without it.For those that don’t wanna read all that, basically: delivery fast, assembly pretty easy, chair comfy and seems sturdy. Also comes with a foot rest and the cushion vibrates i guess

 My son and I just put this together for my home music studio. Extremely comfortable and sturdy. He likes it so much, he wants one for gaming. I plan on getting another for my office set up. The design looks even more amazing in person. It was easy for us to assemble. The back massager feels amazing, especially whenever you recline all the way back and use the leg rest. Excellent investment. 10 stars.

I bought this for my sonâs birthday. He is a gamer & does online school. So he needed a comfortable sturdy chair. This one is beyond my expectations! I sat in it myself & it is so comfortable that I almost fell asleep in it! Lol We both love how it reclines back as far as it does & you can lock it position, whether it be reclined or inclined. And it comes with a folding out foot rest! It wasnât too hard to put together, (we did it together) which made for some great teamwork & fun quality time! It does have a vibrating massager in the pillow, which was just OK (imo). If you put it in a specific spot, it can be a little comfortable. He likes the massager more than I do, but this chair is for him so thatâs whatâs important. Itâs great quality material & well put together. I did purchase the extended coverage. Hopefully I will never need to use it but either way I will update (at some point) its status & how well (or not) itâs holding up. Until then I highly recommend it!!

The chair is really good quality. It went together without issue and was easy to do on my own. Iâm not handy at all, but I managed to get it put together pretty quick. The instructions were pretty straightforward. I think they could be a little clearer, particularly where you have to attach the bracket for the back of the chair. A front on image is confusing as you canât tell which way the bracket is supposed to face. The massage feature is nice and the pillows are comfy. This thing can recline to vertical and feels very stable. The reason for 4 stars is that there was no hardware pack in the box. They sent me a new one, but I needed the chair right away and had to spend a couple of days without one at my remote job. I donât have a standing desk so it was very uncomfortable. Iâd ordered in enough time to get the chair and put it together. The least they could have done was double check to be sure everything was in the box. So 1 star off for that, but 4 for the chair itself. If youâre looking for a sturdy office chair and you want something comfortable and worth the money, pick up this chair. Itâs super nice.

I love this chair. The coloring is perfect, it’s durable, easy to assemble, and just big enough for me to be comfy. I like my gaming chairs to be on the firmer side and this fits the bill. My other concern when buying this was if I would be able to cross my legs or curl up in it. I am on the shorter, smaller side and was able to do just that comfortably.The massage feature is nice, but I do wish the cord was a little longer so I don’t have to worry as much on yanking it out by accident. The arms don’t move, so if you are looking for a chair where you can move the arms, this is not the one for you. Normally, that would be a turn away for me, but honestly I don’t mind it so much on this chair as the arms aren’t really a problem for me and sit in a good position that it doesn’t make me uncomfortable. For the year I’ve had it and the three moves it’s gone through, it’s held up quite nice with no damage or concerns.(One feature that would make this beyond perfect is having heated seats, but a girl can dream.)
