i purchased 2 of these – first one assembled with ease, with very good /easy to follow assembly instructions. the product is very nice (for what it is), functions properly; the second one (theoretically the ‘same’ product in a different color) – i wasn’t pleased with the item; HOWEVER, the seller has excellent customer service and i was able to resolve the issues i had in a short time with positive results. the seller is most cooperative and highly responsive. i’m happy 🙂

My former daughter-in-law was visiting and my cabinet had been sitting in the foyer for 2 weeks with a promise from my grand-daughter to put it together. Well, my friend asked if I wanted her to put it together and it was actually entertaining watching her go to work on it. Within 45 minutes she was through, but was having trouble with the locking mechanism. My son came in a fooled with it, but got aggravated. My friend is like me and will not let something get the better of them, so she fooled awhile longer and got it fixed. It is a nice addition to my little office space, with room to put the printer on top and other things as well. Thank you for making a great product.

The file cabinet was packaged very well. The product is nice and sturdy. I am rating down because the seller sent it USPS and the post office would not deliver it to my door because it was too heavy. I got 2 notices to redeliver and set it up twice and still 2 weeks later no cabinet. I finally went to the post office and they said they never even tried to deliver since “oversized”. Should never have been sent by USPS and the seller should certainly know this would be an issue.

When finally assembled, it was not stable or usable. It was hard to assemble, the drawers didnât open and close well and this is embarrassing that Amazon just leaves you at the mercy instead of stand behind what they sell.
