Good Chair but bad delivery
This Chair is really comfortable and I am Happy with it. But I was told it was on its way 3 days in a row and I stayed home to receive it and it finally showed up on the 3 Day After 7:00 at night . I was Disappointed with that

Wobbly crap
One of the wheels was defective, I replaced it and the chair is just poorly made. The arm cushion got flattened immediately, the back is hollow..Would not recommend

Chaise solide et lourde apportant un vrai comfort. Jâai trouvé quâelle a été relativement facile à monter sauf lorsquâil vient a mettre le dossier avec le siège ou plus de force est nécessaire pour bien fixer les 2 pièces ensemble avec les vis. Un des bras semble un peu plus branlant, mais je répète quel comfort. Excellent achat.

Recieved end of January and by March the wheels are already breaking off. Not a good look.

Hardware is inside the seat back during shipping, might want to leave the instructions out of the back to make this more clear

Sides bolt to seat.. tilting nearly forward- have to PUSH legs to ground.. to tilt seat back.. and then HOLD it to relieve pressure on gluteus maximus. W/out doing this.. it is too much direct pressure on butt.. and after one hour… must leave the chair….Not a good purchase.

I ordered this for my office use becasue I have to sit for long hours. It is very comfortale and easy to assemble. It comes with instructions. I like the design and color, it looks very stylish.

I bought this chair for use in my home office. It was easy to assemble and the parts are very sturdy. However, after a few months of use I noticed that the chair tends to squeak when turned/spun. I wish that there were instructions on how to remedy this issue because I’d like to order another one for a family member but know this issue will turn them completely off of using it.

I finally decided to review this chair as I am quite satisfied with it. I noticed three newer one star reviews saying not all parts were included…I thought the same thing but the assembly parts are inside the back support piece and can be accessed via a zipper on one of the seams. At 6 feet tall and 230 pounds I find this chair to be rock solid with excellent support. Easily the best chair I have ever owned…and easily the most expensive. The frame is steel and it sits higher at its lowest setting than most chairs so I would not recommend it for people shorter than myself. I like the armrests which can be put up out of the way and the relatively flat seat allows me to comfortably straddle the seat in a wide legged position. I find it to be firm and supportive in the seat and lower back. I don’t recline in it and it might be a little short for those large people that do. I’m glad I spent the extra money for the amount of time I spend seated.
