The pieces I got were obviously misshapen but I really hate returning things on Amazon so I decided to make the best of it and try to put it together. The holes were not aligned and it made it an entire workout to even get the pieces to kind of stick together. Husband came home and noticed it looked lopsided, which it felt that way when sitting, so he took it apart and put it back together. He noticed the same issues that I did and could not get the seat piece nor the arm pieces to attach so they just wobble. the chair is still lopsided so it ends up hurting my back even more than my old broken chair. I think they probably sell chairs that don’t have the same issues, but we got unlucky. As I said, I hate returning things here and I can still sit on it, but after only using about 2 weeks the arms are bent outwards completely and it cannot be saved. Maybe try a bit more expensive chair for better quality if you don’t have the money to gamble with this.
