Comfy big chair
I bought this chair off a dude for 30 bucks, it’s a really big chair and comfy. I’m moving and cant take it with me so I decided to check the price online and its 400, that’s ridiculously expensive. It’s a great chair but I’d never pay 400 for it.

I received my chair Monday 3/4/13, it took about 30 minutes to put together by myself. It was very easy. The chair is quite large-which I wanted-, very elegant and comfortable. I am very happy with my chair it is a very fitting last addition to my new home office.

Initially I was very hesitant to order this as the reviews were mixed, however I still took a chance and I can say that I am not disappointed. The product arrived earlier than what it originally showed, the box was intact and no outer rips or damages. The product was nicely and securely packed inside the box.The easiest part was the assembly. It took me 15 minutes to put the chair together. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to put it together. I had read reviews of the instructions not being clear but I can tell you they very simple to follow. Additionally I did not need a lot of space to put the chair together. So far the chair is very comfortable and sturdy. Still day 1. I hope it stays that way with regular use.

Since my “home office” for telework is also part of our living/family room, I wanted something that looked good as well as sat better than the dining room chair I had been using. I work for 8-9 hours per day with very few breaks and my back is much happier with this chair. It is a bit firm, but that is probably best. It is a beautiful deep brownish-red and looks impressive. Assembly was a breeze. Except for lifting the last piece into place, I did it ALL by myself and I never do projects like that. Super easy. The chair was packaged exceptionally well, also. Each piece was well wrapped and protected and the box had reinforced corners. For the money, this is a great chair.

While it looks good, the chair itself is made with inferior parts. My chair fell apart after only about 1 year of use. I tried to contact the manufacturer and received a replacement part as it tilted to the right. In less than a month, the same problem occurred and the manufacturer was nowhere to be found.Do not waste your money on this poor product!

This chair is quite large, and any buyer should consider all measurements before purchasing. Do not expect this chair to have the appearance of leather. The covering is simply vinyl, or often known as leatherette, having a maroon appearance, with tiny black flecks. Be prepared with two people, to assemble this chair, with plenty of carpeted space ~ Otherwise, you could spend an hour. Fitting the back to the base is perhaps the most difficult, lining up the holes for the slots, to accept the bolts ~ Not something you want to try to do alone, and you should have a flashlight, to see when the holes do line up ~ And they do not line up exactly, requiring the bolt to be somewhat off center, but if you’re lucky, the threads will line up, and secure the back to the base. They do provide an extra bolt, if one is stripped. Take you time, and read/follow the instructions carefully, as they have included an addendum sheet. Have only had it for several weeks, but in a harsh environment, where the chair is bumped often against furniture, or in a high traffic area, no doubt the fabric will suffer. Simply a medium grade chair, made in China, in the least expensive manner possible, and likely serving the purpose of many. Not a keeper for many years, and likely has a life of 5 or more years, if care is taken. The chair is surprisingly comfortable, at least for this consumer, but my older chair was the worst … so, perhaps anything would be better. You will need to do a great deal of adjustment if you wish to have the least tension on the back, allowing you to “recline”, all done by turning a knob beneath. Adjusts to a good height, which was important for me, as I like the maximum. Good deal with free shipping, and would be hard to find a comparable chair any cheaper in a retail environment.
