Great dining table for a great price
I was really impressed with this table for this price range. It looks miles better than anything available in Ikea in this price range and it feels incredibly sturdy. The material is also real wood, and not compressed wood. Feels very high end for this price again. Perfect for a condo kitchen.The extended mode is a bit flimsier, and I wouldn’t put any heavy dishes on the extended parts. But for this price range, it is still an impressive piece of furniture.

I admit to lusting in my heart for this table as soon as I decided about 18 months ago to downsize to a smaller apartment. I kept it in my wish list until I finally ordered it recently. The wait was certainly worth it! I had someone else open and assemble it because I couldn’t due to physical challenges. Even before the legs were attached(which are the only assembly to be done), my friend was exclaiming about the beauty of the piece and how well built it was. It looks as good as, if not better, than I had pictured in my mind. I am delighted with this table. It’s just the right size for my small dining area in my living room and I am happy whenever I see it.

April 2017 Update: Just checking in to say that I’ve remained happy with the table and stand by my original review. It’s served me well.I took a big chance on ordering this table, because normally I’m heavily reliant on reviews before I buy online (especially furniture), and I couldn’t find a review here on Amazon, nor on Hayneedle.com. Ultimately, I decided to take the chance because it was Winsome brand, and their furniture is well-rated, overall.My table arrived today, all parts/hardware included, and everything in good shape. Assembly was a snap – screw the table legs to the top panel and you’re done! The table feels nice and sturdy and I love the warm, medium brown shade. I have a modest one-bedroom apartment, and wanted a table that was expandable if I wanted more or less space.Update: Within the past couple of days of using the table, I have noticed a couple of flaws, and I’m including a picture that shows both. One is cosmetic – a small patch that is rough, where the finish was damaged (in foreground of photo). Another is a minor functional issue, which is that one of the leaves was not perfectly flush with the rest of the table, so I had to put a small piece of cardboard under the leaf to prop it up (in background of photo); an inconvenience, but an easy fix all the same. In short, despite changing my rating from an initial 5 stars to 4 stars, I’m pleased with this purchase.I pared it with HomePop brand parson chairs which also have brown legs, and the items coordinated perfectly.I will update with photos when able, as well as if I encounter any issues.

I am totally pleased with the table. It arrived with no damage and was one of the simplest pieces of furniture to assemble I have ever ordered. The table is very sturdy, nicely finished and of amazing quality considering the price point. I use it as a lab table. The leaves are well designed and neatly fold away when not in use. I would reorder again with no hesitation.

This is real hardwood. No MDF or particle board.So easy to assemble. Attach the 4 legs. So simple.Takes only seconds to expand.Still very sturdy when expanded.But the color was not to my liking at all. Too orange. I really wanted an espresso or black and this didn’t come close. That is the only reason I didn’t buy this for 2 years. But I finally took a chance; bought this and painted it. I love it! Takes up the exact same footprint of my old table but allow me to expand when serving dinner. I’m so happy with this table
