Perfect for the entryway
With two dogs who are chewers, we needed a bench with the doors. This bench turned out to be exactly what we wanted for the space. Looks great and of good quality.

Terrible Product.
This is a terrible product. When I opened it there was two large chips from the back panel sitting right on top. I did not have time to return it so I had to try and repair it myself. It was very badly made and there was scratches on one of the doors. The pieces do not fit together neatly. Sorry I bought it.

Customer service was wonderful as we encountered several issues: doors did not fit and my husband had to plane down one then adjust a hole. Another door was marred and we requested a replacement. That arrived very quickly and fit. So, if you are handy and can adjust where needed, this a really nice piece of furniture. If not, you may end up frustrated. My hubs is very handy (engineer by trade, do-it all homeowner by passion) and it wasnât a huge issue. Love the look and sturdiness of the piece despite the handsome extra work.

Not a good choice. We were looking for a decent sized, real wood, piece of furniture for our hallway. We’ve put many furniture items together but were not expecting all the issues we had with this piece.It arrived well packaged, so it was not damaged in shipping. Has to be a factory issue.The left side panel arrived damaged, it had a good chip in the wood (see photo). It is a painted finish (not stained wood) and chips extremly easily (see photos). Mistakes in the wood were filled and painted over (see photos) resulting in different colors. Several reviewers warned about the doors not fitting and they were correct. Directions have you assemble the complete bench then have you attach the doors. The doors unfortunately are larger than the openings and can not be installed. We partially disassembled the bench, then attempted to install the doors while holding everything in place. The doors scraped the top and bottom of the openings and the paint chips off. The dowels were off slightly causing the issue. We had to pull out two of the dowels so that we could line everything up correctly and get the doors to fit. My husband drilled new holes and screwed that in eliminating the dowels and misalignment.

I amazed at this product. It looks good. Stores my shoes and a nice place to sit while putting them on. Also makes for a great place to pray!

I had bought two of Storage Benches last year and was very happy with it. But this year I observed both doors of both benches has bent like bow. I am trying to get replacement of the those defective parts and will update you with my experience after process is complete.
