For anyone considering to buy one of these you can stop looking. Take the plunge & don’t worry because you will be totally satisfied with this product. Set up was very easy & quick took minutes and a screwdriver. Very sturdy going up & down & trust me it’s not hard to manually lift up & down (I have bad hands). I have a wireless ergonomic keyboard & mouse which fit comfortably and still have room a little bit of room to rest my wrists. The only thing I would change if I knew I was staying in the tiny office would be the size I purchased the 42″ I would have gone with the 36″.I have a very bad back (sciatica) and so with this adjustable desk I’m able to go up and down as much as I want without any complications or disruptions to my work which is extremely busy and I have very long days. I just wish I took the plunge and bought it earlier.

The product is great. Minimal assembly that can be done with a Phillips screwdrive (the cross one), smooth action, doesnt slide at all, and it can hold a lot of wait for this type of product. The best part was the customer service.When the first one arrived, it looked like Ace Venture delivered it. When I open the box, the desk converter was broken from the frame and it was missing screws. I contacted the seller through Amazon and sent pictures. In two days they had a new one on my doorstep. The only questions asked were about the condition of the first one so they could file a claim with the shipping company. Excellent customer service is enough for me to buy more products from them. Now I have a new standing desk for myself. ð

Arrived previously owned with all of the screws missing but I called the company and they were terrific. They sent a prepaid label and UPS came back to pick it up. I can confirm itâs heavy and very sturdy!

I bought this as a gift for my wife and it arrived with a chunk missing out of the top surface. It was in the back and we could have lived with it, but it was a gift and I wanted her to have a beautiful new desk. I contacted Vivo via email on a Saturday and they were able to ship me out a replacement the same day. That’s amazing!The desk itself is great and very stable. The beveled edges are comfortable on the arms (some others have sharp edges and that was a big reason for picking this one). My only minor complaint is that to move it up and down, you have to grip both the left and right handles and because of the width of the desk, they are 42″ apart. Not a big deal if you’re of average height (and therefore average reach), but if you’re more petite, like my wife is, you might find it a little difficult to operate, but even so, she does just fine with it.
