The heat doesnât work at all, this chair was so expensive, I bought this chair for the heat feature and I am very angry and disappointed, the seller should change the description of the chair no HEAT at all !!!!!!!! I want a refund !!! I donât recommend buying this chair , this chair is not worst the money , itâs not what I expected at all for the value of the money that this chair was worth ,this ad should be reported !! Please do not purchase this chair itâs a waste of money !! I have a request that the seller should write a honest description and not fake the features that this chair does not contain!!! Do not buy this chair !!

Chair is ok
The chairâs heat does not seem to work, i can not tell.The vibration massage is alright, but noisey.The chair is comfortable to sit in, just wish the heat would work better and the massage was more than it is.

It took too long to put together. The vibration noise is loud and you can hardly feel any heat. I would return it, but do not feel like taking the part boxing it back up and sending it off. The cord for the heat and massage also gets caught in my wheels.

This chair is heavy. It may be ‘difficult’ to put together alone, however, if you take your time and prepare yourself, it’s very easy when following the directions. We laid all the pieces on our bed and did step-by-step instructions. The hardest part was putting the back and seat together as they were bulky and heavy due to great construction.The assembly is worth the overall product. Very comfortable with heating and massaging. I went back and forth on SEVERAL chairs for my husband who has significant back issues. He has been enjoying it since day #1. Highly recommend this.
