I like the chair
It was easy to assemble, took about 30 minutes by myself.
Comfortable but I doubt the seat cushion padding will last long as it is thin.
I do not use the massager that came with it. It feels too bulky, too uncomfortable against my back. I use my own cushion for lumbar support instead.
I’ve taken a nap on it with footrest out and fully reclined with no problems.
I am 5’2″ so someone taller might find the footrest too short tho.
I also have little confidence of the footrest’s durability, or the recline function, for support if someone is heavy.
I bought it for 2 weekend per month use as a gaming chair.
Ultimately I am happier with the purchase than expected for the price.

Good quality and comfortable!
 Easy to assemble! The massage works really well and pressure is strong. It heats up quick and heating level is very efficient. Chair material is durable and strong as well! Great quality compared to other gaming chairs! It feels like it will last long.

Good Chair
It was easy for my husband to assemble. He said the directions were great, definitely not from IKEA. The chair is comfortable on my bum and the heated massager is GREAT! I love that! The only down side to this chair are the arms. With the massager/lumbar support on the chair my arms do not sit on the armrests. I’m a bigger person; 5 ft 9 inches 200+ pounds and have long arms (it’s always been a problem with clothes). It’s easy to clean, overall a good chair!

Great chair but……
I got this chair about 5 days ago. Great to sit in all day of needed. I don’t have a problem with that because when I’m home from work I’m on my computer alot. So as a gamer Great and comfortable chair. BUT the heating and back massage part broke after 3 days and I barely even used it. It will start but will not last more then like 30 seconds before turning off.

Good suport for the price I paid for
This chair works great for my new work from home office. Unlike our old gaming chair, the massage function is by far the very impressive. I am 6â3 and it fits me quite well. The support is great. This one is not leather but is still comfortable. The details are good and the chair is very solid. Overall great quality and I am happy given the price I have paid for.

Perfect for work and leisure with comfy and good looking
Very easy to set up the chair with the tools and instructions included in the package. The whole process took around 15 minutes max. This chair is perfect for work and leisure. Comfy and good looking. The adjustable tilt backrest and extendable footrest made it very comfort . What impressed me was the massage function of the cushion, which gives me real comfort when I get tired of sitting for long time work. I bought this chair for my new home and I would say it’s an absolute delight.

Do NOT purchase
The first time i have used the chair, i turned on the lumbar massager…. the spinning wheels inside that pillow tore in small pieces the foam of the pillow. I was in shock when i openned the pillow. This could be a fire hazzard!!!… I have removed over 20 pieces of chewed foam. Now i have to unassemble the chair and find someone to bring the box to the post office !!!!! Do yourself a favour, look for a better chair.

It was not easy to find a nice pastel green color. This chair is amazing. It was super easy to assemble, it is super light, it rolls around in a super smoothly way, is super comfy and my daughter is totally in love with it.
The massage pillow is definitely a plus.
Totally worth every penny.

So far this is the best chair yet. The fabric is breathable. The padding is holding up well and has not yet deflated like the others I have bought. It’s easy to move around and the foot stool is really comfortable. All in all it’s a great chair.

Putting it together, wasn’t difficult. I wasn’t sure about the foot rest, until I started using the chair. Now the footrest comes in very handy and I use it often. The massager is cool, IMO. It does have only one speed…but it does get very warm (at a comfortable level). The chair itself is comfortable. I usually have a giant problem with head rests…but the one on the chair is great and it conforms to you head shape. I love the way the arm rests move with the incline of the chair.
One point though…don’t push up on the chair arms, where all your weight is on the arms, as it will make the arm rests loose. (I learned this the hard way, and had to tighten the screws again so the arm rests would stop moving.) A flaw? IMO, not a flaw, as the arm rests were not meant to take the entire weight of a person. But something to be aware of.

We received our order quickly and the box was in good condition. Each piece was individually wrapped. Putting it together was not difficult with two people and went fairly quickly. We did have an issue with a small tear in the backrest and a broken armrest. Shipping can be difficult on large items and accidents happen. We were able to get in contact with the after sales team via the email address in the instruction booklet and they responded quickly. This company strives for customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to help resolve the issues. They offered us a couple of options to replace or refund the purchase. We like the chair and only wanted a replacement arm for the broken one. The small tear we fixed ourselves and no one even notices it had been there. The company was able to send out a replacement arm and it arrived within just a couple days. The chair is great now. It is comfortable for sitting in for hours at a time and is well worth the price. But the customer service puts them over the top with their high regard for customer satisfaction. We are very happy with our purchase and the company which stands behind its products. I will definitely purchase with them again in the future.

BUYER BEWARE!!!
Save yourself the trouble and the money, and do not buy this chair from Vigosit. Iâd even go as far as to NOT recommend any product from this company based off of my experience with the product, as well as my unfortunate experience with their âcustomer serviceâ.
I bought this chair Dec of 2023 and writing this review as of April 2024. Upon receiving this chair, I could tell immediately that the quality of the chair was very lackluster. For starters, all the pieces struggle to snap together or are held together via cheap Allen screws, and some of which did not fit properly like they should have. At the time I was willing to look past all that as the chair sat great and looked great, and performed well (initially)
Until it didnât.
Less than 24 hours later after receiving and assembling the chair, the lumbar support cushion began to eat itself from the inside out due to their poor design of the cushioning mixed with the heat and massage function.
I contacted their customer support about the issue (which is just an email address. No phone number, no website, ticket services. Literally nothing)
After contacting their customer support with screenshots of the product, purchase information and receipt from Amazon, they responded saying they would replace the lumbar support, but I had to type out all my personal information pertaining to the purchase, in the email chain (little bit shady but whatever)
Then I was told that they sent my request to the manufacturer and that a âNew and Improvedâ model of their pillow would be on the the way but, it would take some time for it to arrive as it would have to be shipped from Asia.
Fast forward 2 1/2 months. I received no updates about the new lumbar support regarding a time table on the arrival of my product that I have paid for. Upon reaching out to customer support again, they obviously had no contact with the manufacturer and or any sort of idea about the whereabouts of their products, and had to send another pillow. I did end up receiving it, however the massage function is still atrocious, just glad there isnât loose cushioning pressing into my spine anymore.
Fast forward again to current day. The chair is completely falling apart. The arm rests not only wiggle due to the poor Allen key design, but the padding on the arms is now coming loose from where it sits on top of the arm itself. PLUS, the padding itself never regains its original shape after a week of use.
I hear springs in the seat popping when I sit down in the chair or adjust my sitting position. The chair does not stay put and swivels freely on its own when using the leg rest. The leg rest itself is flimsy and cheap. Thereâs been Allen screws that fall out from under the leg supports and out from the arm rests as well.
(I am 6â3â 160 pounds, well within the recommended usage for the chair)
The warranty of the chair was nowhere near long enough, and obviously so, because the chair literally started to fall apart from the moment I received it. Not to mention, the cloth material itself is easily dirtied.
The best things about this chair are the wheels. They roll and pivot well on both carpet and wood flooring.
Just save your money by avoiding this chair and this company.
