Get what you pay for
Ordered because I loved the look and finish. Overall good enough I’m not sending back but if I had my time and money back, I’d have ordered another desk from somewhere else. The top surface comes in four pieces. The pieces are predrilled and ready to assemble but pieces do not align. Front leading edge is off by enough I am going to file them down – I am 100% sure if I dont, the corners (that do not meet flush like they show in the photo) are sharp enough to give a good scratch, or worse.No instructions were provided in the box. Materials are decent quality – arent as light weight as you’d typically get.

Not as good as most of the reviews made it sound. Not the most sturdy and wasn’t great to put together, even with two people. Has a few chips in it already too.

Reading some of the reviews in here made me think I would not be able to assemble it on my own but it went surprisingly smooth.Be careful to realign the plates before the final tightening of the screws and you should be fine. I have a couple comments to make on the stickers to identify the different parts and the assembly instructions :- For me, and according to the instructions, 7 and 8 stickers were inverted. Be careful to follow the drawings and not the stickers.- On step 6 it is not indicated where which “legs” for the base go. It is unfortunate since there are 2 different kinds each with a different orientation. It is explained in step 7 how to place them but I think it should be explained in the previous step.Other than that I’m happy for now with this desk and hope it doesn’t crumble into pieces before a long time. I will edit this comment if it happens too soon.

Assembly took about an hour and 15 minutes. You do need to plan and have space in order to assemble. The desk is strong and durable.I opted for the 180cm desk to replace a crappy one I bought from Argos. It is a big, heavy desk; strong and sturdy.5* Desk and 5* Service. Delivery was also very quick.
