Stunning – worth every penny
This mirror has completely changed the âvibeâ in my bathroom – itâs like a spa. No kidding. It came EXTREMELY well-packaged (Iâd been a bit worried about that to be honest) and once up on the wall itâs just gorgeous. Super flexible (you can choose cool or warm light depending on time of day/task) and you can brighten or dim to your heartâs content 🙂 Absolutely love it.

Easy install looks great. You need a plug behind the mirror to hide the cord and the plug has to be a recessed plug for the mirror to sit properly

Return Risk
We were so excited to have this mirror installed (60′ x 28′). When we opened the box we realized the back had a large crack in it. We started the return process, took our label to Purolator to find out it would cost $350 to return to Amazon. After trying for an hour on how to contact Amazon (seriously why is the phone # not on the site !) we were advised that Amazon would only cover $150 of the return cost. BE AWARE that if you need to return a DEFECTIVE LARGE ITEM that is not your fault you will be out of pocket ! So disappointed that we are out $200.

It was a beautiful mirror. I installed it around October end 2023. However, the LED light stopped working a couple of months ago. Used for less than 200 hours. Is there any way we can replace it?

We were going to have a custom size made to order from a local glass / mirror company, but it was much more expensive and would have required adding another switch to the wall since it would not have the on/off built directly into the mirror. This is an incredible value for the money and the anti fog and on/off buttons are convenient and pretty as well. Once the mirror was hard wired – it is not an easy hang. The mirror is heavy and difficult to get it to lay flat because of all the wiring. Our contractor hung it and it is beautiful. The packaging was impressive; a combination of wood and styrofoam that was very efficient in keeping it safe during shipping. Highly recommend

Just installed it in the master bathroom, and it looks and operates great. Worth the cost.

Worth the money, time and effort to install. The only issue was that the electric cord comes straight out of the back, center of the mirror and there is no recessed area to route it to your electrical source. If trying to plug into a near by socket, the cord holds the mirror off of the wall, preventing it from sitting flush. I chose to hardwire it, and installed a single gang outlet box directly behind the mirror to accommodate the protruding electrical wire. Works great. Look elsewhere if you do not want to cut drywall or install new electrical outlets.
