Manufacturer is great to deal with
When I got the chair it made a terrible noise leaning back, instead of returning it I contacted the company that made the chair. No hassles, they sent me a new mechanism under warranty. Popped the old seat mechanism off (I used a “mysit chair saver kit” to make removal easy) and the new one is perfectly silent.Now my big problem is having so many seating adjustments available to me it’s hard finding just the exact perfect position.

Well made, not for short people
This is a high quality chair with good ergonomic adjustment options. I like that it’s made in Canada. I am 5’4″, average sized, and the chair was far too big for me, so I returned it. It’s a very heavy chair so was it was a bit of a hassle to disassemble and return, but the company was quick with a refund. I recommend this chair for larger people – good quality for a decent price.

J’adore cette chaise. Je l’ai achetée puisque je suis en télétravail et je passe 8+ heures par jour assise dessus. Je m’asseois souvent les jambes croisées (en “indien”) alors j’avais besoin d’une chaise assez spacieuse. Elle est ultra confortable sans être trop moeleuse et est ajustable de partout! I have been looking for a chair that will have adjustments to fully support me. With working from home and just recovering from surgery, I was looking for a chair similar to my office chair that was provided to me after an ergonomic assessment. After scouring the internet for days on end and reading reviews and studying features, this chair was my final choice. A bit more expensive but all worth it. I bought a $100+ new chair in January but it was nothing compared to this chair.I used it for a couple of days before writing this review so I can test it first. I am now confident to start working from home again in the next few weeks after my surgery.Made in Canada ð¨ð¦, too!
