I love it!
This is so great for organizing your accessories.It looks very nice and has good quality.It took 2 people to assemble it, however it was not so hard. The only part that was a bit challenging was the back shelves as the screws were so short and tiny. Overall I love it and glad that I purchased this.

Lots of storage, great quality
Dark brown colour is very nice. You get a lot of storage space for jewelry. The only thing is when you try to open the door it’s turning so you need both hands to open it.

Looks Amazing!
I really love this storage unit, it holds a lot of jewelry and looks elegant. It was not super easy to put together, I did do this on my own but in a corner so that tipping was not possible. The instructions were good, it came with a small screwdriver as well. I had some issues with the screws with the attachments in the back, it took a few tries to line those up but try turning the screws around – opposite to what the diagram shows to line up. Overall I am very happy with this unit, the quality is decent, it seems solid when put together and is really a great way to store a lot of jewelry. I really like the ability to swivel the mirror too.

Been a year and going great
Not sure if the reviews saying it wasn’t sturdy don’t have it level because my now 2 year old has been all over it. He sounds it roughly and when u lock it so he can’t her into my jewelry he’s shakes it by the knob like a maniac trying to open it. I suppose it would to over if he climbed the shelves and hung of the top. The base is quite heavy and solid. Organization of my stuff is amazing. The earring holes are hard to use for anything other than a stuff. Hoops go better in the earring slots. For huggies that can’t go on the holes and are too small to fit over the earring bar and slots, the actually tuck nicely in the ring holder. Work for me since I have like 5 rings and there room for an entire collection. The plastic zippered pouch is a little cheaper and if used alot I think would rip. But it’s great for keepsake jewellery that only Congress out once in awhile. Mirror I find too low for me at 5’5 so it would been nicer if they put more jewellery organization stuff. But honestly there’s already alot so not a big deal. Love this thing and it has been a real game changer for all my jewelry, watches and knick knacks

I’m very impressed with SONGMICS Customer Service, as not only did they reply as a comment on this review, but upon receipt of my Amazon message reporting the problem they arranged to have a new jewelry case shipped, even before messaging me back. Result: I received the response from the company within about 8 hours after reporting it. The case actually shipped 3 days after my request and arrived 2 days after that. So, replacement in hand 5 days after the problem was reported. Fast work!Although I had asked for a new door to switch out with the old, the vendor could only provide a full replacement for the case. The new unit arrived in excellent condition. I really love this jewelry case’s whole idea because it doubles as a full-length mirror, yet takes up a slightly smaller footprint than the upright traditional cases my daughter already had. It offers a lot of room for those that wear medium to long necklaces – a serious shortage in a lot of jewelry cases. It also has tons of room for rings (100, I think), room for bracelets and several small shelves. There’s an interior mirror also, although I’d have preferred one more row to hang necklaces.This is the jewelry case that comes the closest to offering enough storage, by far, for a twenty-something business professional who wears a lot of long necklace and earring sets. Plus it’s all laid out in a very visual way, so the entire collection can be visually scanned very quickly, rather than requiring the person to open multiple doors and dig through various drawers. This is the way jewelry cases should be designed.Another point for SONGMICS Customer Service is that they requested additional photographs to help them report this problem to the factory so that this type of problem would be taken care of at the quality assurance stage, rather than distributed to the customer.Very happy with this purchase since the vendor replaced the defective case with a good one.Original review: This jewelry armoire came with white handprints inside and outside the door. The handprints/finger smudges are oddly prismatic, so I’m guessing that they’re actually under the clear coat. We didn’t notice the ones on the outside of the door as they were on the side away from how we were assembling it, and of course, keeping the door closed until the last steps of assembly, didn’t see the smudges inside either. When we finished putting it all together and turned it around and stepped back, we were dismayed to see the white smudges on the hinged side. When we opened the door, there were the other white smudges on the inside.It looks as though someone with white paint on their hands or something similar picked up the door. Anyway, this is so heavy and awkward, I’ve no idea how we would return it. Guess I’ll have to ponder this and weigh the work involved sending it back versus staring at white handprints on a dark finish. If it weren’t for the handprints, we’d be very pleased. SO incredibly unhappy with the defective finish. There’s no excuse for that lack of quality control.

EXTREMELY Well packed, very little SIMPLE assembly. YOU WILL NEED 2nd person.I adore this thing. I’m tall- so is this mirror. The interior is excellent. I’ve cleared out a jewelry drawer that was dysfunctional, and two enormous necklace stands, eyeglasses, perfume tray .. this thing is absurdly wonderful! I can’t believe I waited to get it because it solves so many problems, looks fantastic AND HAS A BEAUTIFUL QUALITY, FULL-LENGTH MIRROR. I’m tall-it REALLY is full length.I think all people with accessory storage issues would be pleased- plus!! the rear shelves too! AND a full length QUALITY mirror too! NO BAD SMELLS, NO BAD PACKING, CLEAR DIRECTIONS, very few parts to assemble with well packaged hardware and screwdriver included. All predrilled holes were cleanly drilled, no occluding material in holes. Hinge on door is good quality. Locking mechanism is good, key turns easily without jiggling or pushing door. NOTHING NEGATIVE TO REPORT WHATSOEVER. if any of the mentioned items bothered me one bit, I’d disassemble and return. All this snd nice looking too! Tremendous value.
