Have had this for a few days now, and I love it so far. Pretty sturdy it seems. Love the extra storage for pillows and blankets. It’s not too big and not too small…just right for our space. Just a few notes…..it’s not faux leather….it LOOKS like leather, but it’s an actual fabric with a distressed faux leather look. I like it. It’s textured, but soft. The color is also not super black. It’s more a dark charcoal grey…as you can see from pics. The tray on top is jet black. It may not hold up for many years, but for now and the price, I am satisfied. I recommend. I may get another one in a different color for living room.

Good but not great
As much as I want to like this and I was disappointed. It has stitching seems that have threads coming out, part of the wooden base on which this sits has dents in it and the inside was infested with dead spiders (which i am not too bothered about)- overall the price is too high for a piece if furniture which does not have a good finishing

Nice big Ottoman, fit perfectly into our space. Even though it’s faux leather it looks and feels real. We looked around for a good price and quality product and this hit both. The fabric wears nicely and the compartment inside can fit alot and it will stay in place when open until you close it. The hardware is smooth and good quality.

Was looking for an ottoman/coffee table that had a post modern feel and simple lines while still providing storage for blankets. I’m always nervous buying furniture pieces online because who knows how it’ll look in person with different lighting, etc. I came across this one and now that it’s here, we really like it in our living room. The only assembly needed was to screw in the 4 legs, which was very easy. I went with the chestnut distressed brown and the vegan leather is really quite soft to the touch and doesn’t look cheaply made. It has a nice slightly distressed texture to it that makes it look like a genuine soft leather. The legs on the bottom give it a nice height and gives just enough room for your feet to sit under it which i think is a little more comfortable when you’re using it also as a coffee table. I dressed it up with a wooden tray to be able to sit drinks or other items on top and it’s working out really well. We are really pleased with the look and quality of it for the price. Shipping was fast, too. Glad we ordered this!

This is a nice ottoman for the money. Simple build out, took maybe 5 minutes. It is a large, awkward box – not terribly heavy but difficult to handle for one person. There are a few imperfections – the lid doesnât line up perfectly, the hinges for the ottoman top are exposed and the screws that hold the top onto the hinges arenât flush. That said, Iâd still give it a solid 5 stars for the price and looks.

No cons. Easy to assemble, great quality, very sturdy, great coloring so itâs easy to match, SO MUCH storage!! It does quite match the deep brown couches that I have but itâs close enough that I donât care. I just love it for all of the other reasons.

I was hesitant at first about buying this because I read the other reviews however I am so pleasantly surprised with this purchase, especially for the price!! For faux leather it looks and feels amazing and it’s very sturdy, including the legs and hinge. Some of the bad renews complained of the top lid of the ottoman not being aligned but ours is perfect! Couldn’t be happier!
