I love this loveseat! The fabric covering is soft and pliable, the seats are nice and firm with lots of room. The recliners are manual but easy to use. Itâs very comfortable and quite easy to put together. The cup holders are big enough to fit those larger water bottles and the compartment in the middle is quite spacious. A great buy!

The couch is comfy however after having it for a month the cushions started to pill, let go and fray. Waste of money.

Very Comfortable Loveseat
This loveseat is very comfortable with plush back cushions and armrests. We especially like the soft but firm seat cushion that doesn’t make you feel like your sinking into it. The footrest button is a bit stiff the first few times you use it but after that it works great. Another nice feature is that the armrest cushions and centre console cushions have a zipper where you can refill the padding when it inevitably flattens down.The only bad comment I have (and it isn’t product related) is that the delivery of this item was about a week late and when it arrived, the box looked like it had been dropped from 50,000 feet – crushed in many spots and tears in the cardboard. I took pictures before I opened it, fearing what the condition of the loveseat would be in. Fortunately, everything was fine.

This sofa came easy to assemble. We are well pleased with comfort and look of this sofa. No smell. Weight of sofa was reasonable. Comes in a box that’s easy to get to the sofa. The value for the money for what we were looking for was spot on. The cushions are comfortable and plush. Really like the color selection and the size. 1st time ever owning a Recliner.The sofa is made in a way that it doesn’t take up lot of space. Our room looks larger.

This is the first time I’ve ever ordered furniture online, but it definitely will not be the last! Looking online makes it hard to know exactly what you’re getting. So if your like me, you take in to account all the reviews to help make your decision. My couch was supposed to be delivered today between 9-12. I got a call at 8 saying they could “deliver it now if you’d like or we can come back in a couple hours. Which works best for you?” I was so excited to get it!! They brought the couch in, unpacked, assembled & took all the trash (ADDL. FEE) and it looks AMAZING and is so comfortable!! I am pleasantly surprised at the quality and look! I love it and can’t wait to sit there and relax. Also, my delivery drivers were awesome!! They started my morning off in a great mood!!This was a great purchase!!

Being that I am tall my feet stick over the leg rest. But that is okay. It is firm but comfortable and the color was dark gray and went well with the room. Now when you put your legs up you better have strong knees because it hard to stow it back down. What everyone else said was true. But I like it….

We purchased this on 4-19-22. By Feb of 2023 we realized the seat support on both recliner sides was failing. By April it had become almost unusable. The cushions had collapsed.I had tried to contact the mfg, but they never responded. However, when we first bought the sofa we also bought the extra warranty from Allstate, on the chance that if the sofa failed they would make it good. The only reason we bought the sofa was because we felt we had a security backup.Guess what, not only is the sofa garbage, but so is the warranty! According to allstate/square trade a loss of seat resiliency is not covered. WhAT? SO if the couch actually makes your back hurt if you sit on it and the build quality is so bad that it can’t last a year, well – too bad. From both the manufacturer and the warranter. Ashley wouldn’t respond to emails while it was in the factory warranty period. Allstate tossed the ball when it was out. Oh, they are going to refund the $110 cost of the warranty, gee thanks.Finally, I am 70 years old, my wife is 73. I am 6′ tall and weigh 235 lbs.. My wife is 5’7″ and weighs 150. So we are not some giant people that overload the furniture. I guess I’ll now pay to have someone haul this to the dump. Pathetic!SO, stay away from both Ashley and Allstate. Also, I am a vine reviewer but I paid hundreds for this sofa and it was not part of the vine program.

The manual reclining loveseat is fantastic. Comfortable. Seems durable so far. The seat cushion is slightly firm, but the armrests and back support is soft. The shipping by CEVA was great. (Do NOT order this if it says shipped by FragilePak, they are terrible⦠this service lost my recliner and could not give me an answer for over a month so I canceled that order. Once I reordered it with shipping by CEVA I had it within a week along with accurate tracking details!) So moving on, it does not come with helpful assembly instructions. The L and R labels on the side cushions are misleading⦠basically the left (L) goes on the right and the right (R) goes on the left if you are facing the loveseat from the front.
