    I cannot express how much in love with this shelf unit I am …… I am a huge fan of Ashley furniture anyway, but this is just beautiful ! I put it together myself and it did take about 3 1/2 hours . There’s a few wood screw holes not drilled but they went in super easy. Other than that it was pretty easy.Once again …… you didn’t disappoint Ashley furniture!!

    I love the look and aesthetic of the collection. However, this bookshelf was a terror.One of the framing pieces had the holes drilled wrong… so none of the shelves lined up. There were also a handful of screw holes that weren’t pre-drilled. And a piece arrived broken. Support was extremely difficult to get (Amazon wanted me to re-package the whole thing – impossible – and Ashley Furniture reps told me to go to Amazon).Finally got a hold of the parts website ashleyfurniture.parts. I was able to re-order the bad pieces.It looks fantastic. But assembly… pay someone to do it for you.

    Love the finish and the size, did not like the quality was lacking in drilling of holes, had to drill new hole to match holes for screws.

    Fairly easy to put together. Easier to do if you have two persons. I actually have it set up in the kitchen and just plan on using it for more food storage since my pantry is so small. I love it. Nothing broken even though package was a little roughed up. All screw holes lined up fairly well.

    It packaged upside down so that the side that said ‘this side up’ was actually the bottom. Also, and more importantly, there were no directions in the box. We searched the whole thing when we opened it. Then we searched under all the furniture just in case it somehow fell out. It definitely wasn’t in the package. The hardware was there but no instructions on how to build it. The product itself seems good and sturdy, but this was a way bigger pain to put together than I wanted to deal with without the instructions.
