Bought this as a replacement chair. For myself. As you can see from the photo, my shih tzu seems to think it is for her. So I remain on the couch. If and when i get a chance to actually unseat the princess, i will update my review.

This is a very nice Ottoman. I love how sturdy it is and how thick the cushioning is. The only complaint I have is it came with plastic triangular legs. I was expecting wood legs since it is made so nicely and I’m keeping it, so I ordered replacement wood legs from another vendor.

We used this couch one weekend and the arm rest dented in. Secondly it came damaged from the manufacturer. Poor quality. Not what you would expect from Ashely furniture.

I had been looking forever for a decent quality chair for my decent quality husband to call his own. However, I wasnât interested in spending as much as you would on a freaking sofa! Then I stumbled across this Ashley one. Itâs fantastic and the price is great! There werenât a ton of reviews on it, so I took a bit of a gamble. Arrived way faster than expected. Our 70lb puppy approves as well.

Itâs a really good quality ottoman, I opened it up and realized that the legs were missing! Which sucked I contacted Amazon and the only option was to return the whole thing and itâs heavy!!So I contacted the manufacturers customer service and he explained to me that they hide the legs. You have to flip the ottoman and thereâs a zipper and thatâs where the legs with screws are in. So just an fyi if you think the legs are missing, flip the ottoman and unzip the zipper!!

I normally don’t write reviews. But, I have to give the warning to others that may be thinking of purchasing this sofa bed. The sofa looks great. Delivery was horrible! After 10months, the inserted bed leg frame broke!! The delivery guys had a big trouble getting it up the stairs (I have a bi-level home). They damaged one of my railing posts. No word from the delivery and customer service to fix it, at all. I reported 4 times, not heard back from anyone! Now, upon using the inserted bed for the 3rd time since we purchased it, the leg frame bended and it came off from the actual frame!! My twins slept on it. They are a combined weight of 107lbs! How could it happen, other than it’s a damaged product. For such expensive couch, one would imagine that the metal type and the welding would have been much better!! Now, I have to get a professional to see if it’s salvageable, ugh. When I purchased it, I WAS NOT offered any type of insurance coverage. Now, I went back to check on to see about parts, it has now an add-on insurance coverage, what!! Very disappointed.
