Just screw on the legs. You will want a drill and at least a standard to long Phillips screw driver. Couch comes assembled. None of that build it yourself with this video nonsense. Plush and firm with a soft microsuede material. I bought the three seater, its long. I also bought a cover since I have pets., and one to change for when its being washed. This is a great couch.

The couch is a good value for the price. Arrived clean and perfectly intact. Color matches description. The feet are plastic and require drilling into base.Amazon Delivery Service for the couch: sent two very very young adults. Parked two blocks down and pushed the couch via hand cart thru community to house. Couldn’t get couch in front door. I dismissed them both, and completed the delivery themselves. Seems like a lot more training or an experienced adult may be required.All in all, the product was great, delivery not so much (but it did get to my community quickly).

First I will start off by saying I ordered two couches from amazon. I’m going to start off with what was great about these couches. The couch honestly feels amazing and looks great. Now the bad stuff: my product was shipped through NSD and upon reaching my city, one couch was listed as being damaged so it would not be delivered. The other couch was eventually delivered but was utterly damaged and not repairable. I have put pictures of the damaged back and the bottom of the couch that was completely exposed because the fabric bit came undone from the staples. That part would have been easily fixable, but the back of the couch, not at all. I paid 652 for one couch (and I bought two so double the price) and that is what I got. And I did contact Amazon about getting the item picked back up, and essentially they said they would not pick it up, but that I could as they put it dispose of it, keep it, or donate it. They were able to give me my money back, but overall my experience is awful. I still have to dispose of the broken couch I have sitting on my porch. Now if you were to find this couch local, I would totally, 100% recommend this couch. Just not shipped by nsd. If they hadn’t been broken, these couches would have been amazing and they would have been great to have in my house.
