Affordable and beautiful product with excellent customer service!
Honestly, I never thought I would buy a mattress online but because of the Covid-19 pandemic, I decided to look into it. I was skeptical at first about buying on line without trying it first and about buying a mattress in a box but with much research and reading the overwhelmingly positive reviews about this companyâs products and customer services, the affordable prices and the company that believe in their product so much that theyâre willing to stand behind it by offering their customers 100 day trial & 10 year warranty I couldnât resist and decided to give it a try.
I bought the Queen Mattress, Serweet 10 Inch Hybrid Memory Foam Mattress, Individually Pocketed Innerspring Queen Mattress in a Box, Medium Firm Bed for Pressure Relief, CertiPUR-US Certified.
The mattress arrived on time and was very well packaged. Some of the reviews mentioned there were some chemical smell but there were none when I opened it. Since we had already bought a bed frame for the mattress, we easily got it out of the box and laid it on the bed frame. The quality of the covered fabric on the pillow top and the whole mattress is well made and soft. The stitching is beautiful, excellent and well defined.
The tool provided was excellent for slicing the plastic wrap off the compressed mattress that immediately started to pump up, however it didnât quite decompress all the way up even after 72 hours so I left it alone and waited for over 5 days but it still wasnât decompress all the way so I contacted their customer service right away requesting for solutions.
I was also a little disappointed that the mattress wasnât as firm as I had hope. I tried lying down on it but it felt a little bit too soft for me.
The customer service representative (Emma) was very helpful and kind, she replied to me promptly and was able to offer satisfactory options or solutions. It was a very pleasant customer service experience and I am very pleased and satisfied with the service and the solutions offered. Itâs nice to be dealing with a responsive and caring company. I definitely give two thumbs up for their customer service experience. Thank you Emma!
I give the company 5 stars for their excellent customer service and for offering their customer the 100 day trial & 10 year warranty. That speaks volume to me. Thank you Serweet! They responded quickly and helped me find the best solution for my situation. Overall all, itâs a shame that the mattress wasnât a good fit for me. It didnât inflate all the way however they did offer to send a replacement but it wasn’t firm enough for me so I decided not to go for it. That said, I was extremely impressed by the company’s customer service and find the whole buying experience very satisfactory and pleasant!

Arrived on time and inflated well
Received product on time and it inflated as it said it would. We found the sides a little soft and contacted customer support. They provided excellent support to try and give me some suggestions to make it better. Was very pleased with the communication and how they tried to assist with this matter. Bed overall is comfy and the king size was a great price!

Good Firm Mattress
We purchased this mattress about a month ago and have enjoyed it since. We were looking for a firm mattress and found this one suited our needs. When we initially opened up the plastic, it gave off a slight gas smell, but that dissipated after a couple of hours. We didn’t sleep on it until it was fully decompressed as per instructions. I wake up every morning without any soreness in my hips or lower back, not like when I slept on my old mattress. The material is visually appealing and soft to the touch as well. We don’t really sink in to the mattress, but we like that. Our old mattress was too soft and it felt comfortable at first but always made us sore the next day. This mattress is firm and supports us throughout the entire night. It did expand to the full 10 inches as stated in the description. So far we have zero complaints about the mattress and hope it stays like that for the next few years!

Very impressed- good value
I had been looking at the pricier bed in a box options – and with the cost of living it just wasnât feasible to spend extra. We definitely didnât need to. This mattress is wonderful. We have had it two weeks and each time I settle into bed I smile. My pain has been less. I work 12 hour shifts on my feet and I am usually hurting by the time I go to bed. My legs feel worlds better. My hip pain is less. Extremely satisfied with our purchase of this mattress.
