Was looking for a pair of inexpensive chairs for a guest room, found this one here, looks very similar and was half the price of the box store one I had found, great, right? Nope, almost impossible to put together, holes donât line up properly, after some fiddling was able to get one chair assembled, could not get the legs on the ottoman to line up to get the bolts to thread in, disassembled the chair, repacked it and returned both, poor quality, there is a reason it was so inexpensive.

I wanted a reading chair. This chair was perfect. Exactly what I wanted, color, style, fabric, ottoman. But, it is the most uncomfortable chair I have sat in. I wonât get rid of it though because it is so perfect aesthetically. Just beware if you want a chair for sitting in for a longer period of time.

Chair is working out great but our ottoman is defective and we canât get a response from the company for help.The chair feels solid and was fairly easy to assemble. The machining on the ottoman was done poorly so one of the legs connects at the wrong angle. It isnât stable or pleasant looking in this configuration. Itâs a defect but we have already built the chair and donât want to return EVERYTHING.We have tried contacting Roundhill and have been waiting five days so far for a response. Terrible customer service. Two stars for half of our order being usable.
