Emballage briser même complètement éventré sur le côté on voyais les pièces de la chaise. Le livreur intelcom l’as juste laissé devant la porte et as déguerpir avant que j’ai le temps de descendre les escaliers car sinon j’aurais refusé le paquet.De plus c’était pour un cadeau de Noël pour mon fils.THTO m’as contacter pour m’offrir un remboursement je dois avouer que pour un service client ils sont attentif au consommateur et pour ça je leurs donne un plus. (tant qu’à moi ça aurais du être le transporteur qui aurais dû payer car c’est sûrement eux qui ont arracher un côté de la boite et perdu des pièces).

No massage feature!
Thought the lumbar massage was a great feature. No manual with it and I had to ask questions. Was told there is a usb inside the zipper for the massage on the pillow. There is nothing. It was given as a gift. This is disappointing.

I wanted to purchase a chair for my gaming room recently and this was the most reasonably priced one I could find on amazon (considering the fact that it is a massage chair, the lights, etc) and I am so surprised with how comfortable and high quality it is, itâs even better than the picture in real life. very sleek, the lights work properly for hours on end, and it doesnât smell like those bad leathers they put on chairs sometimes. Iâm so happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend to my gamer friends!
