Beautiful quality and comfort
The chair came well packaged and assembly is very minimal snd only takes a couple of minutes. The quality is lovely and the padding is very thick and resilient. The chair is very easy to adjust and very, very comfortable. I will purchase another for my other machine.

Reasonable price for Quality Product
I purchased this chair to use in my sewing room. I had researched several others, both on Amazon and elsewhere. This chair was exactly what I wanted. I was unsure about the sliders instead of rollers, but they are much better. My old chair, with rollers, was constantly moving away from the machine. This chair is comfortable, easily adjustable and looks nice. I am 100% satisfied. This is the best chair for your money!

Sewing chair
Itâs great, comfortable and no wheels.

Almost great
I had the same issue as one other reviewer – the back rest was crooked by a few degrees. This is not fixable without disassembling the backrest completely which I was not willing to do. Another issue I had was that the fabric was a bit scratchy against my cotton shirt which made it feel warm.On the positive side, the packaging was excellent and the padding on the bottom and the back was awesome.

Comfortable and attractive!
I bought this chair for my mother who is an avid sewer and small in stature. It is very adjustable, comfortable and easy for her to use. It is also very attractive!

confortable et ergonomique
Je voulais une chaise de bureau (travail) sans roulettes mais ajustable. Celle-ci est parfaite. Super confortable et ergonomique. Je l’adore!!

This is a great chair
I was in the market for a computer chair but none were wide enough as I like room and they were not comfortable for sewing so I started to look into a sewing chair and this was picked out of all the ones and I must say itâs so comfortable and I can sit for a long time and it does not hurt my hips or my back

Great chair. I hate colour
Very comfortable while sewing. Easy to set up. Love all the different options for back support. Only dislike is that it is very ugly. It makes my sewing area look like a cubicle. They should have used some fun print fabrics! Anyways my first sewing project was to sew this chair a cover 🙂

When my oldest son moved out, I converted his bedroom into a sewing/knitting room. My husband built me a beautiful sewing table for my sewing machine and serger, but now I needed a nice chair to sit in. I had been using a cheap office chair for years that had no back support and was very uncomfortable. I wanted something better, but could not justify spending more than $200. Who knew sewing table chairs could run $300 -$400. or more! I looked at office chairs, but a lot of them have arms, plus I didn’t feel they would provide the right amount of support for sitting in front of a sewing machine for hours at a time. The chair is made of high quality materials. The fabric is durable and soft, and is the seat cushion is quite comfortable. While the back provides adequate lumbar support, it’s not overkill on the support. It easily allows for adjustments of the height of the seat and the angle of the back. The only thing I am not thrilled with is that instead of wheels it has gliders. My husband ripped up the dirty, old rug in the room and put down a new laminate floor. The chair can glide from machine to machine; however, it doesn’t move as easily as it would if it had wheels. Don’t know how well it will move on carpeting. An important selling feature for me was that it’s made in Canada and not China! It’s refreshing to buy a well made import instead of a cheap one!

I purchased this chair originally to use with my Bernina Q20 in a Horn cabinet, because it does not have wheels. I stay firmly in front of the machine instead of rolling away as I quilt. I used to use a work stool but it had become uncomfortable during long quilting sessions. The Reliable chair is so comfortable and supportive that now I use it when sewing on my Bernina 770QE which is in a cabinet, instead of my CS bungee chair. It’s easy to adjust the height between different work stations. The Reliable chair is quick to put together, solid, and easy to keep clean with a lint roller. I highly recommend this chair. Another plus – it’s made in Canada, not China.

I purchased this chair to use when I sew. It was extremely easy to assemble, is so comfortable, and the height and back support is adjustable. I wish I had found this chairs years ago! I love it!!

This chair is comfortable & moves easily across floor. but just noticed it squeaks as I move in itâ¦might need to see if it can be oiledâ¦it is a bit more expensive, but wanted a sturdy chair.

This chair is worth the investment. I sew and used a chair without adjustment capability and little padding. My back would ache after 30 minutes of sewing. This chair it took about 10 minutes to put it together. It feels very well made and I didn’t see any corners cut on materials. I did order rubber caster wheels for it since I work on carpet. After using it for a 4 hour sewing session and I had no back ache. The following day I sewed for about 6 hours off and on with no pain. Recommend you take the time to adjust the chair as there are various adjustments to make it comfortable for your body type. For me this is a game changer — highly recommend!
