This is by far the best mattress I have ever slept on. I was very skeptical about ordering a mattress off of Amazon seeing I have never tried it before in person first. It was a pure risk for me to buy this mattress, but it turned out to be the best mattress Iâve ever purchased, I love the quality! I feel like I can sleep so much better on this mattress. Your body kind of sinks into it but itâs also bouncy.

I am so impressed with the quality and comfort of this mattress. Totally took a chance knowing that if I bought it and didn’t like it, there would be no way to return, as it would be impossible to get it back in the box. So happy I did! It is solid and heavy, requires deep fit sheets for sure! I would say when you get in the bed it would feel firm at first but it tends to mold to your body and doesn’t feel firm when sleeping.

I have waited for a few weeks before I write this review because I want to make sure the review is valid. The mattress is quite heavy. It was delivered in a box and it aired up quickly but I still waited for two full days before actually using it. I could feel the spring when I sat on the side and I didn’t think the memory foam is very thick, so I was very skeptical whether I would also feel the spring when I sleep on it. To my surprise, it actually feels very comfortable when sleeping on it and I’ve been having a good sleep every night since I started using it 3 weeks ago. I would suspect whether people heavier in weight would feel the same, though. Overall I think it’s a good mattress especially given the price.

Defective
Hi. I got a mattress that happens to be defective. The support is not consistent and one would roll off one side as its way too soft compared to the other.How does return it work? I tried to refund on amazon but it only give me your address label. Which shipping company come and pick it up? and how much is it likely to cost? And how do i pack it?

Winter is coming, it is time to change mattress( we usually change every two years). All the previous mattresses were buy in the store, every time need to rent a pickup truck or pay for 50 bucks delivery fee !this time I try to buy online. shopping experience from Amazon is amazing , the order arrived on second day. very surprise ! this mattress is placed in a small 2â by 4â box, very light, one person can easily moved to the room. unlike previous mattress need two people!After unboxing, the mattress is rolled up, having been machine packed and vacuum sealed in a bunch of shrink-warp. Inside the box come with a manual and a little knife, Like my picture showed. only took 5 minutes to finish everything, which was very easy with only 4 steps: open the box; remove the plastic film; it expanded right away to its original size (Waited for a day, ensure the mattress is expanded enough); and then move it to the bed frame. All done.This mattress very fit the old bed frame, and it is definitely made from great material, the texture is very good, not too soft and not too hard! It is affordable and super comfortable base on my two week experiences. very easy to fall asleep. this is perfect!

I purchased two and they are both heavy, sturdy and beautiful. However my kids and I found it very uncomfortable to sleep on, so I requested a return immediately. Customer service was very friendly, but they suggested partial refund of $80 to try out mattress topper at first and when I rejected it they suggested again a partial refund of $50 to try out cooling pad. I agreed but now Iâm here with both mattresses still uncomfortable and I also did not get a partial refund. That was back in June-July. I shouldâve pushed for the return process.. Thereâs no doubt this mattress is great quality with individually encased coils, strong edge support and is very similar to traditional, high end hybrid mattress. But not for us. I also do not recommend if youâre planning to use it for kids and their bunk beds. I tried most popular inexpensive mattresses over the years, Zinus, Signature Sleep and Linenspa and the Sweetnight mattress wins over durability and quality but itâs also two times heavier. We use it on kids bunkbed but weâre always worried that the top bed might crash solely due to the weight of the mattress.. We want to sell it off and get Signature Sleep(does not mean I recommend this, this mattress sank in the middle after less than a year but itâs very soft and comfortable). Also I found metal coils of this mattress stronger and stiffer which would be great for heavy adults but not for kids. It also has lots of bumps and curves on the top due to decorative stitches I guess, but those curves can feel huge for kids and they can feel like they are sleeping on a bumpy bed.

The mattress is nice and solid yet very soft, and pretty heavy. It came rolled up in a box like other memory foam mattresses that I have purchased. You unroll it and cut the plastic off, and it starts expanding. It expanded out to the perfect shape.it doesnât have much smell. This foam mattress is great and has no smell after it fully inflated. This mattress is definitely a good choice for this property. Having no chemical smell and ready to use in an hour makes me very happy.I am mostly a back sleeper with occasional side to side. The mattress to me is both soft enough on top and firm enough in support to make it a real pleasure to sleep on. I would rate it as being medium-firm. The foam is perfect and the springs really do isolate your movements. I do not feel and springs below. The mattress has maintained its shape with no dipping spots where I sleep. And it sleeps cool! The top cover is very nice. I am very happy that it does not get hot.it stays cool, it’s not stuffy and it won’t make you warm or sweat.

If you are an adult and buy an 8-inch mattress to use every day, you are going to be disappointed. It is just not thick enough to stand up to a lot of weight on daily use.However, we bought it to use on a guest daybed. For the few nights it gets used, it is more than adequate. A high-quality mattress from a mattress store would cost 3 times as much.I am 180 pounds and could sleep on it for a few nights with no discomfort.Some mattresses in this category do not allow returns. This one gives you 100 days. You have nothing to lose.
