Poor design, poor materials
I was quite underwhelmed by this sofa. First, a poorly placed join almost centered where majority of weight would rest caused catastrophic failure. Second, fabric quality is similar to #1 sandpaper. Third, the “cushions” have no way to stay in place and simply slide off. Forth, in futon form, completely uncomfortable and not sleepable.For this price, this futon is not worth it. Maybe at a price point of $249 it might be ok.

This sofa is incredibly stiff and it hurts to sit on it for long periods. The small cushions are also very hard and always fall off.

This is one of the worst things that I have ever slept on. There is genuinely holes in the couch that hurts you after sitting on it. Incredibly disappointed because the other reviews looked so good. DONT BUY!!!!

I was very impressed with the quality and sturdiness of this futon. The seller has amazing communication and resolved a shipping problem immediately. I like the futon so much, we are going to buy another one. Highly recommend this futon and the seller.

I bought this couch because it is 66 inches long and would fit perfectly in our loft gaming area. We are average size people and the couch is sturdy and does not creak as others stated. Is it going to be an everyday bed, no…it is not meant to be. It is perfectly comfortable to sit and watch TV or play a video game. It works in a pinch when my teen’s friends come over and spend the night. For $300, it is perfect. I love the cup holders for the kiddos.The customer service was amazing. I contacted them because I opened the box and did not see the pillows and legs…they are hidden in the bottom in a hidden zipper compartment. They responded within a few hours and explained to me, I flipped the couch over, and laughed at myself! I put the legs on in about 10 minutes. I will post a pic later.Overall: very nice customer service, cute sofa, perfect size. An overall good deal.

It is definitely small. I am 5’5″ and I don’t think it would be comfortable for me to sleep on. It isn’t soft but it may get that way after time. It works for a small office area.

Couch was EXTREMELY easy to assemble. 8 allen head bolts and 16 screws and it’s done.Arm rests really are removable…. so removable I don’t even use them because they slide all over the place and constantly fell off the side of the couch if you moved.Cushion is very firm. I could not sleep on it but I’m sure sure someone who enjoys sleeping on a bed of cantaloupes would be comfortable sleeping on this. We are putting a 3″ mattress topper on it to make it more comfortable….Material seems durable and is stitched together well. I couldn’t find any flaws in the workmanship and I went over this with a fine toothed comb.All in all I like the couch and it’s worth the money. the cushions are comfortable as a couch and that is what counts for us.

Love the style, size (great for small rooms.), fabric, color, hide away cup holder, and sturdiness. Now the hate.We hate that it squeaks when we sit back. Itâs uncomfortable to sit on for long periods of time. It surely needs extra cushion or a thicker pad. When we sit we can literally feel the springs. Iâm planning to get a memory foam pad to go over it. Weâre not big people either. I weigh 185 and my son that uses it the most weighs 130. In the end we wanted to love this but canât fully.
