the assembly took alittle while to get accustomed to. but once you assemble the first panel, the rest becomes a “duh” moment. very easy.i would say the hardest part is the wall mounting. i highly recommend installing ATLEAST 2 holes (one from the left side of the while assembly and another on the right) ONTO a stud. if you could affix this desk onto atleast 2 studs? you wont need to drill for the other holes.anywho, wife loves it. the brown adds a nice cottagey feel to the home. its a nice brown. not old looking at all. the foldable desk part is quite sturdy. it doesnt wobble. just what i had hope to accomplish. would buy again if i ever found the need to do so.at its current price of 200+, it may be a hard pill to swallow, but i got it at a discount during one of their sales. it was i think around 110? or something. this makes this wall mounted desk absolutely worth it for us.

Good for small spaces
It is pretty sturdy and compact. Please predrilled holes fore wires so that customers can run wires for light and charging ports or devices. Rest product is good.

Good desk
This grey floating desk was easy for my spouse and I to get set up and it’s saving us a bit of space in our already small office… I like it.The instructions were easy to follow and the desk is quite sturdy when it’s anchored and fully set up. The quality of the desk is nice with a softly finished wood, the grey looks lovely with my pastel painted room and it’s different from other desks I’ve tried. I love that this barely takes up any space as it can be folded down, it’s easy to do and it’s very convenient. I also love how much storage this has with the multiple storage shelves.Overall this is a lovely floating desk that saves space while providing a lot of storage… I’m definitely happy with it.

 It’s really nice. Table is pretty sturdy. Folds down nicely and out of the way. Easier to put together than most ikea furniture. And it came with a real screw driver, which I’m keeping. You can tell a lot by the tools they include in the box. I recommend it.

I bought two of these- loved the style and the quality seems pretty good too. Took forever for me to put the first one together (I am small without much arm strength, so this was more of a challenge then I expected) but was so excited when it was done. Then I looked closer at the installation instructions. I’ve never heard the term “gypsum” wall before, but it’s drywall. Why would they not simply advertise you can’t hang this on drywall? I feel like the vast majority of us have drywall walls in our homes, at least where I live! I suppose it’s my fault for not thinking to analyze a PDF of the installation instructions and Google all the terms listed. Can honestly say out of the thousands of items I have purchased online over the last two decades, I’ve never once had to do that. Of course,I put this together after I moved into my new place so it’s past the return window. Now I’m stuck with this huge (for the small spaces I intended to maximize with this, it is quite a large item) and heavy desk I can’t do a thing with. It doesnt even sit up properly without being mounted so I can’t even try to come up with some sort of free standing alternative. Another one of these is just sitting in a box never to be unpacked. So disappointing, and a waste of hundreds of dollars!!! For someone just starting out time, space and money are the things I have the least of. I really regret ever buying these! Hopefully this review will help warn someone like me who didn’t think to second guess whether or not you could actually mount a wall-mounted desk on your wall?!? Such a bummer.

I ordered this specifically for the plywood structure. I had a drop down table before made of MDF particle board and it cracked my first use. ASSEMBLYYou’ll need a Phillips head #2 screwdriver.It took me an hour, the large illustrations are easy to follow just pay attention to where the holes are positioned on the illustrations, because there are many. After the first section of shelves was assembled it all made sense. There’s 17 pieces this includes the 2 hinges, and a slew of 3 in one fasteners, (smaller screws for the hinges and desk top), and some larger silver screws. Also a bunch of round veneer stickers which match to cover all the bolt and screw holes and heads. The hinges and desktop are installed after it’s hung on the wall.MEASUREMENTS FOR INSTALLATIONyour on your own here, it all depends on if you want it low for a child, standard for adults, standing height, kitchen counter height and so on. I decided to have the desk top at 30″, the same as my dining table and comfortable for me to work at. After some measurements and calculations I decided to draw a level horizontal line on my wall at 45″ from the floor, then lined up the top of the wide but shallow shelf over the desktop on this line, marked the mounting holes, set it down and began installing drywall anchors. I did this on my own, and strongly suggest you have a helper for this, between using stuff to prop it up and my whole body to hold it in position for marking the mounting holes, I dropped it, and what do you know, not any damage occurred. THANK YOU plywood and durable laminate!INSTALLATION AND WALL HOLESIt comes with 4 lag bolts and drywall anchors and one smaller screw and drywall anchor, these are for securing to the wall. You’ll be making 5 holes in your wall, 4 of which, if you need to use the drywall anchors, will leave sharpie permanent marker sized holes if removed. The 5th smaller anchor and screw will leave a pencil sized hole, this anchor goes on the upper left corner and is the only one they didn’t make a countersink area so the circle veneer sticker won’t cover it. I plan on at least painting the screw head white since it’s a golden color and really stands out, THIS IS MY ONLY COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS UNIT.LAMINATE VENEER It is similar to a thinner version of formica countertops. The print looks like stone to me up close, and from a distance white washed wood. It’s unique and pretty. It is lightly textured, durable and slick. Making it easy to wipe off, or slide a cup of coffee off the edge, you may want to use a non slip coaster. SIZE AND STORAGE ACCOMMODATIONS SO MANY POSSIBILITIES FOR USE I’m my photos I used recognizable items for your visual reference on the vertical tower shelves. My laptop is 17″ and leaves room for a steno notepad and coffee mug. The cork board I have in the trough shelf is 12″ square and fits like a glove. Storage space is reasonable for many things, and would work for more than just a desk. A tiny house kitchen, a dining table for 2, a kids room this could be hung low then moved up as they grow. It’s usefulness is unlimited, and is solid enough to move and re-purpose as we grow in life.OVERALL THOUGHTS I’m very pleased with this unit, nothing other than the upper left screw head not being countersunk. I may also drill a nickle sized hole in the trough shelf to accommodate USBand barrel type charge cords, so I don’t need to route and move them every time. I may also hunt down some smaller baskets which fit the top and bottom shelves to accommodate all the little stuff I use and want out of sight. This really is a well made, perfectly drilled out and square, easy assembly and long term piece of furniture.PS, I forgot to tell you, when the desktop is folded down, the space between it and the wall is 2″. So a wall outlet can be under it and used.Hopefully this was helpful, Thank you!
