Too Soft
Mattress is too soft. Doesn’t return to form after sleeping on it. Horrible return options, we have to pay and somehow get it in a box again.

Unfortunately, this mattress did not expand to the full 10 inches. It’s closer to 9 inches. I reached out to the company and I will say their customer support is excellent. They responded quickly and provided suggestions on how to get it to expand more but none of them worked. They did offer a partial refund so that I could purchase a mattress topper rather than return the mattress, so I decided to keep it. I’m not actually sure how you would return the mattress after it is removed to the box and has expanded. It is also definitely more firm than expected. I did not find it comfortable but my husband was ok with it.

Amazing mattress!
The mattress covers are removable and washable. The mattress is very thick and very comfortable! The mat is the memory sponge type, which meets my expectations! It’s a very standard size, just right for my small bedroom.

Beautiful mattress but….
I really like the look of this mattress, it had absolutely no odor and I like that there is no motion transfer. That being said, it took a very long time, like 2 weeks, for the wrinkles to be flattened out and for the mattress and to be fully inflated. Maybe even 3 weeks. It is insanely comfortable when you first lay on it for 5 minutes and then as the mattress heats up you sink in more and more. So by the following morning, I’ve sunk in about 3.5 inches. I just purchased a mattress topper hopefully it helps. If you like a softer memory foam mattress with soft support? This is the mattress for you. As for me I would like it to be about 20% firmer. Or to hold that firmness yet soft?

Mattress unfortunately was not supportive enough for my lower back, but I also have sciatica issues, so this could explain why. The company however was extremely helpful when I contacted them outside of Amazon ans gave me a refund after I proved proof of donation.

Hugs and supports your body
Itâs perfectly supportive but not hard. It does truly hug you. Iâm 5â4â and 130lbs and a side sleeper with hip and shoulder injuries. No issues side sleeping and had such a great restorative sleep.
