A great chair.
This is a great office chair. Its comfortable enough. But the biggest surprise was how easy it was to assemble. No tools required. All you have to do is snap the wheels in place and put the seat on the base and gravity basically holds it in place. Im satisfied.

customer service sucks
I love the look of the chair. I am a 71 year old women and had no trouble whatsoever to put chair together. I am 5′ 1″ tall and my feet do not touch the floor at the lowest setting. I need to use a backrest to bring me forward enough that my feet will touch the floor. Overall chair is quite comfortable.My problem lies with the customer service. When unpacking the chair it looked like there was a tear in the top back of the chair. I tried contacting them twice with my problem as what to do about it. Twice I was ignored. After using the chair for a few weeks and waiting for their response, I decided to take a pic of it. The tare, I mean. To my amazement, the tare was no longer there. The material when packed must of had a pinch in it. Whatever, I am overall happy with the chair, The not so good rating lies in their customer service only.

Great value
I ordered this chair and it arrived in perfect condition and took 10 min to assemble. My only quibble with the chair is the lumbar and thoracic padding are larger than other chairs. That said, the chair is comfortable and supportive when I’m working at my desk.I would recommend this chair. The best value for dollar I could find.

So far so good…
Got it today.Nice and comfortable chair. Delivery was surprisingly quick and assembly was very easy.Right now, it was all as advertised.However, I’m 6 feet tall, legs proportionate to my body, and my feet barely touch the ground when the chair is set at the lowest position.This might be a problem if, like my ex-girlfriend, you come in at only 5 feet 2 inches.

Exactly what I was looking for
I wanted a higher-quality PC chair (than a generic Walmart brand) but didn’t want to pay excessive amounts from a lot of the pro gaming website ones. This chair is super comfortable and takes less than 3 minutes to put together once its out of the box. I was initially concerned when I put it together as everything just slides in with no locking mechanisms, but once its assembled and stood upright everything is solid and I’ve had no issues. Great product, exactly what I was looking for.

Not comfortable
The back is too low for anyone over 6 feet, the lumbar support is non-existent, the armrests are awful, and pieces keep falling off despite proper installation. Poor value/ comfort/ everything for the price. It’s too late to return this torture device so be smart and don’t waste your money on this item. 1/10.

JUST WHAT I WANTED
Precisely as described, precisely what i wanted … bought two for use as kitchen chairs (we spend a lot of time in the kitchen, obviously).Easy to assemble .. no tools needed, and only a few minutes required.Seems to have solid lumbar support, comfy seats, and comfortable arm-rests.Assuming the chairs wear as well as they look — well worth the price. Top quality for the price range.

Uncomfortable swivel desk chair.
Limited range of swivel. The back is uncomfortable and stiff. It squeaks when swivelling but it is not obvious where to oil to solve the problem. Should have returned it but it is not easy to pack such an item for return. Decided to chalk it up to experience. Furniture may not be the smartest buy from Amazon.
