Great chair, Great customer service
This is a very well built, comfy chair and the conpany that makes it is very responsive to questions and concerns. The cushion is very wide which is nice because sometimes I like to cross one or both my legs on the cushion. The lumbar support was okay, it IS adjustible in the vertical direction, it just requires a bit of force to move up and down. However being a 6’2 tall guy I ended up removing it because it just wasn’t aligning with my back. The reason I didn’t deduct any stars for the lumbar support is the fact that it is easily removable with the removal of some screws (mildly hard to reach but doable). I have a very tall desk and have been unable to find a chair that allows my elbows to reach the desk at a 90° angle but the height and adjustable arm rests solved this issue beautifully. In comparison to a cushion-backed chair, I much prefer the mesh because it perfectly moulds to my back and i just end up sinking into this awesome chair.As for the company, the head rest didn’t come in the box for some reason. But with some conversation back and forth they ended up sending me the headrest and it is a very nice addition to the chair!!!Great job by Motiongrey on this chair and customer service

Nearly a perfect work from home chair!
I bought this chair as my office gets way too hot for a leather chair. I wanted one that was ergonomic and reasonably priced. With everyone working from home, getting a chair was a little rough.This one had great reviews and came super fast! Two days later! Assembly was a little tricky. It was hard for me personally to figure out which direction the seat needed to be to install the base. Otherwise, it made quick work. Also super handy it came with Allan keys! Less time going to grab tools from downstairs!Comfort wise, very firm seat. I actually like it. Great for height and the armrest height is one of the main things that sold me. I often find arm rests cant be adjusted or arent high enough for me to have the correct working posture. My whole family has taken a turn in the chair and want it. My brother even steals it when i finish work! MyLegs were a little tight the first day. I chalk it upTo the firm seat and actually sitting properly at my desk. Its a large cushion and a tall chair. Im 5â6 , about average to overweight ,and i fit in it just nicely. I can even sit cross legged in it when i feel like it! The lumbar support is great. Ive had a back injury and its so nice! Overall im less stiff at the end of my work day.Adjustability i found really easy. A lever to lock your back rest position and moving the seat up or the arm rests is really easy. Lumbar support for me was easy to adjust.My only issues. The arm rests can be moved inwards on an angle or outwards. I cant seem to find a way to lock that in? So if i put too much pressure, they shift and my elbow or arm slips off. the neck support. It doesnt lock into place? A light pressure with your head and it falls back. For this chair to be really ergonomic. That needs to be resolved. Otherwise youâll lean forward and look like a hunched over Trex.Id highly recommend this chair to work from home, game etc!! As soon as i figure out the arm rests and head rest? Itll be the perfect chair.

Good deal for the price
The chair is confortable and easy to assemble. I did it without looking at instructions. What I like the most is the adjustable arm rests where you can adjust in such way that your arm is aligned with the desk horizontally. I dunno what other people say that there is not much to adjust with this chair, I find it highly adjustable. Back support is in the right place, not wobbly, workmanship is acceptable at this price point. Head rest is somewhat adjustable too. What I would have liked to have is a coil or pressurized piston for when you sit. But I can live without that, chair is fine.Edit: the head rest is adjustable, and not somewhat…

Absolutely uncomfortable
Almost everything is wrong in the design of this chair:1-lumbar support is so agressive, I cannot rest my back on it more than 5 minutes. Even if adjusted to minimum.2-The seat is way too long for a 5ft10 person. Circulation is cut just above my knees.3-The seat cannot be adjusted by itself, it is mechanically linked to the back. At back upright position, the seat lean front towards down. To get the seat horizontal, the back must be down almost at snooze position.4-The headrest is absolutely useless, it cannot reach my neck at all, almost 2 inches missing.I regret not having bought this at local store because I need to pay shipping to BC te return and this will cost about the third of what I paid… Lesson learned: If you think you have to try something before buying it, don’t buy from third party on Amazon.

Good office chair for moderate price tag
I got this chair two weeks back and it is doing well for me during this time. It took about 35 to 40 minutes to assemble. The assembling instruction manual is very brief and well constructed. After assembly, I felt it is a little bit bigger than I expected. I use it for work from home and use it every day for around seven hours. The seats and mesh backrest are comfortable with wide seating and resting areas and right stiffness. Mesh backrest suits well for sitting for long time periods. The hand rest and lumbar support have adjustable features and took few days to settle down to what I like best.There are few drawbacks too. There is an adjustable headrest, but it is too high for me at its lowest position while comfortably sitting. I used additional tools to fit the headrest stay fixed at a position. However, it provides support for resting with a tilted backrest. The hand rest is adjustable up and down and horizontally to the preferred angle. There is no lock for the horizontal rotation, and it changes its angle with hand movement. It was annoying first and kind of used to it in days.There is an adjustable lumbar support cushion behind the backrest mesh. It moves back and forth to engage the support and release. It would be better if we have a vertical adjustment to apply for the support at the right height at your back.In conclusion, it is a good office chair for its price tag.
