It’s decent but got some design issues, and not for taller people.
I’m a 6’+ guy and this doesn’t go high enough for using while standing, but that’s my fault for not spending time trying to measure what might be appropriate and assuming reasonable high ranges from any standing desk.At its highest settings I have to look down at my two 27″ monitors and swivel them upwards to be able to see their screens, so it’s not really helping sort out back issues since I’m hunched over … just now standing up. It could be worse though. For an hour at a time it’s not terrible but I’d definitely not recommend it for tall people. I’m not docking it any points for this since it was my estimation it’d be tall enough.Assembly was straightforward and can be done by one person with a Phillips head screwdriver. There are a lot of little tiny screws to be screwed in so it gets tedious. My desk came provided with a decent amount of extra screws and plastic parts, the manufacturer deserves credit for that!I have some notes after using it for a few weeks:- Due to the desk’s two-part top, there’s a seam dead in the middle of the desk where the two halves meet. If these aren’t magicially precisely lined up flush then there’s a tiny little snag where your belly is (if you have one) and it’s wrecked some of my clothes already.A thick piece of tape or something across the tiny misaligned edge might smooth it out but this really should come with a strip of edge material to smooth out the edge or just ship with one flat desktop instead of two separate pieces. It’s so annoying that I wouldn’t buy the desk for this reason alone, but if you’re skinny and can keep some distance from the front edge of the desk then it might not affect you.- The edge of the desktop is fairly sharp instead of beveled. It can be hard on my wrists when I’m resting my arms but most desks are like this so it’s typical of most desks. Just an FYI. No problems. A tiny bevel would be great though.- The design of the desk undercarriage is not thoughtful. The legs are attached to the desk surface by a large number of little screws, some of them in tight spots to hold to screw in. If you’re going to move the desk you can’t just pop off the legs somehow quickly, you have to unscrew it from the particle board and who knows how many times you can do that without the wood where the screws go in just crumbling. The average person can probably look at the way the desktop attaches to the legs and think of a number of ways this would have been done better. It’s not a problem for the most part, but if you’re moving and need to take the desk apart it’ll surely be a headache due to the design.- The pre-drilled holes for the screws for the cup holder and headphone holder and controls for raising/lowering it only allow for one configuration. Whether you like it or not, the cup holder will be on the far left, the headphone holder next to it, and the controls on the far right. I can’t leave my headphones hung up on it while I’m seated because they hit my left knee. The cup holder and headphone holders are optional though so they don’t have to be on it, FYI.- The cupholder is great, I can fit a 48oz Nalgene bottle in it perfectly. The headphone holder is good too and neither are flimsy. Someone bumping hard into the cupholder is probably not going to break it.- I like the groove and holes for wires and cables, the plastic bits are good at keeping all the wires in place. The hole covers are spring loaded so they can clamp down on wires to keep them from bunching upwards when lowering the table.- The controls allow for two preset settings, a high level and a low level. This is good for a single user but if it’s shared with multiple people they’ll have to raise and lower it manually (with the control) since there aren’t multiple presets. Just FYI.- The undercarriage seems sturdy and well made. The table surface is 0.6″ particleboard so it’s thick enough to feel sturdy but it’s not going to hold up to someone sitting on it or something like that. The stated limit is 80lbs and that’s probably reasonable. There’s nothing preventing anyone from using their own plywood or something to make their own desktop other than drilling holes if they wanted something different though!

Brought as I was getting a sore back from my current set up at home. Desk is easy to assemble, as described features and very sturdy. Makes working from home a lot more comfortable with the sit/stand electric motor
