Sturdy, clean lines and comfortable
looks great, goes up, goes down, reclines and has been comfortable for hours during work from home. I changed the wheels on it to larger ones, in fairness I didn’t even try the ones that came with it so they might be ok.

What others have said about the customer service is true – itâs great. The chair is great too, just as advertised and solid quality. Easy to put together, clear instructions, took minutes. But the point of this review is customer service. The seller contacted me to let me know that the carrier had lost the order in transit. Throughout the process the seller kept me informed on what was happening, I never had to ask for updates. Seller promised to ship me a brand new chair and to have it at my door in two days. I was skeptical. A new chair arrived in less than two days. Really couldnât be more pleased.

Looks great, very low on highest setting
I like how the chair looks. It was easy to assemble and the materials appear well made.Unfortunately, even on the highest setting, the seat base is very low, below 20″ (51cm).The back is supportive but the base is hard and gets uncomfortable after a couple of hours.Overall, it’s a good chair for the price if you are OK with the lack of height adjustment.

I was going to give 2 stars, but…
I was going to give this chair 2 stars and return it when I finally received it, but here we are with 5 star rating…The box arrived much later (like 2 wks?) Than all other items I ordered at the same time.And when I opened up the box, bunch of things were missing! No arms, no instructions, or hardware, etc.I figured I’d reach out to the seller, and if they didn’t promptly respond, I’d give it 2 stars and return it. 2 stars, since the seat did look nice…But they replied within min., even though it was late in the evening (my time at least), and they quickly shipped out the missing items.After assembling the complete chair, it looks great, and comfortable.I changed out the wheels since the included wheels are the cheap black plastic ones… But otherwise, quick service, and great looking chair.

Donât/Buy knowing the star base will break
Iâm a 5â10â guy in good shape weighing 190lbs. After using the chair for two days, one morning I felt the chair slowly falling down on my left side. I found out one foot twisted. Then I examined more and found that the star base is some mix of plastic and metal. I took it off and bought a replacement star base elsewhere here and Iâve been happy since. So – buy for the seat top which is great.
