Perfect drafting chair for comfortable and efficient work

First Impressions
 First impression of this chair. Itâs solid and took probably about 20 mins to put together with one other person and a power tool instead of using the allen key provided. To start off, Iâm 5â4â (162cm), the width of the chair is perfect, however, the length might be just a tad bit too long. Because itâs a tad too long, itâs right agains the back of my knees, which makes it difficult to use the ring to rest my feet on. Or maybe if the ring was bigger, then it wouldnât be such an issue. As it is right now, I have to spread my legs over the side of the chair in order to be able to rest my feet on the ring. I was hoping I could adjust the back of the seat to move forward more, but itâs fixed and only thing you can do is tilt the whole seat. At this point, the chair might be going back, so lets see how good customer service is.

Love this chair!!
Everything I was looking for. Tilt to switch positions, ajustable lumbar support, comfortable cushion and arm resto. The wheels work great and roll with ease, and the height (and foot rest) fully ajustable. Very happy and well worth the extra $.

Well built chair, but arm rests are fixed, back does not adjust and seat is very long. Was not a comfortable chair for a tall person .Easy to return, if you keep the original box. Sent back after 2 weeks of use.

UPDATE: after using it, I’ve completely changed my mind about this chair. It’s actually really comfortable. Still was a pain to put together, though.First, the arms are not removable. THEY are what attaches the back to the seat, so you have to install them, and installing them is near impossible. There’s just no easy way to balance the back to position the arms in order to attach. Major pain. The seat itself is NOT waterfall. It’s too thick and puts pressure on the backs of thighs, which for me, makes it unusable. Even the seat control is odd in how it functions. Also, the base legs are in separate pieces – attached by a screw to the collar. I’ve never seen a chair base like this and I fear it makes it unstable. If needed for shipping I could understand, but combined, the base with legs is no bigger than the circle foot rest and that came as a solid piece, so just an odd construction. I gave 2 stars only for the “look” of the base and foot ring. Want to return but am dreading deconstructing the thing.

I wanted to like this chair but the seat height is not as advertised so won’t work for my standing work desk. As can be seen from the picture, it’s only about 29″ high vs. the advertised 31.5″ and it sinks at least 0.5″ when you sit on it. I’m 6’3″ and like to stand most of the day while I work so just want to roll the chair up when I wanted to sit vs having to change my work surface height. The seat height is not high enough to do that.One of the arm rests doesn’t go back as far as the other. Not sure which is correct. One other minor gripe is that the seat back kind of rocks back and forth when it is locked and fully tensioned. There’s just some play there that I notice when I shift my weight a bit forward/back.Otherwise seat is comfortable and all else seems to work as advertised.Seller did stand behind its product and helped to resolve the issues I encountered so excellent post sales service.

Wasnât difficult to assemble. Has a good amount of rise to adjust to most sit to stand desk layouts. CoFor table and the arm rests are nicely padded.

I love that I can put my legs up and cross them because it has a huge seating space. Iâve never had any problems with them. Though the caps on the back to cover the nails popped out once and after I placed them back they never came off again. The wheels ride smoothly and it elevates quick plus itâs very stable.

I put the chair together despite the confusing directions. It is a very comfortable chair. The only problem is it does not go down low enough for me to sit at my desk. I don’t have the box anymore so I guess I won’t be sending it back I will probably just give it away or something. It would make a good drafting chair.
