The chair is super comfortable. I use it for long hours and I have no back pain at all. It is also very stylish, I get compliments everytime I have a friend over. Customer service was incredible responsive and kind. I receive the backseat with a small hole in it and was afraid it would get bigger once I started using it. So I reached out and within very few days they sent me a brand new backseat. Thanks so much again!I highly recommend!!

The chairâs design and color (I got Tiffany Blue) looks great and improves the whole aesthetic of the room.Aside from the look and feel, itâs clear that the materials are high-quality and well made. You can sit for prolonged periods and be comfortable during work. Assembly was straightforward, and customer service was super helpful and communicative when I had questions about the chair, ensuring I was satisfied with my order.In the version with the headrest, Iâve found that the lumbar support seems to be more pronounced compared to the version without the headrest.  El producto superó mi expectativa, me ha dejado satisfecha ya que el asiento es súper resistente y mantiene su forma, es justo lo que necesitaba ya que paso muchas horas sentada, el respaldo me ayuda bastante en mi espalda, las ruedas no son nada ruidosas y gira bastante bien, la silla se siente súper resistente y a pesar de verse ligera tiene su peso súper firme. Adicional el color es bastante hermoso y me encanto ese plus ya que mas allá de que cumple todo lo que se necesita para estar cómodo la estética le da una vista muy buena en el ambiente de trabajo. Fue fácil de armar ya que te da el paso a paso y viene con las instrucciones detalladas y con imágenes, se dan un link del video y el producto llego bien protegido. La tela del asiento y el reposabrazos es agradable al tacto, no raspa y se siente el material grueso. El material del respaldo es malla pero se siente bastante resistente.

Chair arrived well packaged. Clear instructions for assembly (took me 35 minutes). Seat is really high quality foam–nicely padded. Lumbar support is adjustable and adequate. Mesh back is contoured nicely. I am 5’7″ and chair fits me perfectly. The casters are smooth and roll quietly-no squeaking. They do provide a seat cover in matching fabric, but once the chair is assembled it can’t be put on easily? The height lift is effective. I am really pleased with this chair and the price is reasonable given the quality and ease of assembly. This office chair exceeded my expectations.
