It’s perfect in almost every way. The only thing I’d wish the manufacturer would work on is change the way you can change the angle of the top. The screws take ages to undue and there needs to be more adjustment holes for smaller incremental changes. I still give it 5 stars because over all its great and very sturdy. I recommend this for sure. I use it to do painting and mono printing on. I cover it with protective plastic first. Worth every penny.

Awesome drafting table and building it could be done by a 6 year old. Directions are superb. Took me this 57 year old woman just over an hour to build. Quality is very good …… wood seems to be very sturdy. Would recommend this product. Been using for awhile now with no regrets. Only regret would be that I should have purchased alot sooner ….happy and comfortable Diamond Painter .. .thanks Amazon for another great product ð

My father is a portrait artist, working mostly with charcoal, pencil and oil pastels. I purchased this drafting table as a gift for him. These are his comments-â I am extremely satisfied with this table. Quality wise- itâs sturdy, firm and made from good, strong wood. Itâs a reasonably nice piece of furniture. I found it quite easy to assemble. I followed the instructions and had the complete table assembled within 15 minutes. For a minute during the assembling of the table I got a little frustrated as I thought that the seller had forgotten to enclose an Allenkey with the screws and bolts, and was ready to freak out, but then discovered the Allen key in a plastic bag with the other screws.The angle of the table is easily manageable by opening the bolts holding the table at the particular angle needed. Two bolts on either sides, underneath the tabletop are needed to be opened in order to allow the table top to move vertically.I spent a great deal of time reading the reviews of the various drafting tables that are offered on the Amazon website. After making my decision to purchase this particular table, I was still a little apprehensive and nervous, in view of the negative reviews that I had read previously. Truthfully, I never pay attention to the positive reviews, only to the negative ones. Bottom line- I found most of the 1 star reviews here to be petty.This is is a nice table and does the job! I can recommend itâ

I previously bought a ceramic palette from Meeden which was good quality and value which prompted me to consider other products. I had this in my Amazon list for quite a while. I was bit hesitant because of the price and the space it would take up. It was recently on offer (50% reduction) which was enough of an incentive. I ordered at 10pm and it arrived at 2pm the next day. Assembly was very easy. They even include a good quality screwdriver. Itâs very good quality materials. Only issue during assembly was I got one piece with the word Meeden upside down. Itâs since proven invaluable for drawing. The table is A1 size which is perfect for my needs. The T-ruler is brilliant for drawing grids and frames. I have a slight concern about whether the drawing surface will be durable in the long term so bough a drawing mar from IKEA to keep it protected (£6). It is relatively to the ground but perfect level for sitting at a settee otherwise stools are relatively cheap. Itâs easy to adjust the height and even easier to adjust the angle. Finding somewhere to keep it has been a challenge as it takes up quite a bit of space and settled for the conservatory. Itâs light enough to move to another room when needed. Overall very glad I bought this and certain that Iâll get many hours and hopefully years of enjoyment. Iâm sure that I would have the same view had I paid full price but then probably would havenât been able to justify that level of spend.
