I looked for hours to find a good mattress which is not too expensive and stumbled upon this one. The mattress is absolutely perfect. You don’t even have to let the mattress deflate for a long time. There is no weird or strong smell either. I only smelt a faint paint-thinner like smell for a few hours which honestly didn’t even bother me. I feel very rested and refreshed after sleeping on this mattress and never wake up mid-sleep either. I would highly recommend!!

Meets our expectations
The mattress seemed pretty hard at first but as we sleep on it, we find that our bodies does not feel the hardness anymore. I suppose it is because it does “embrace” our bodies forms and shapes. It is not too soft but it is not hard either just what we wanted!
We took the mechanical bed with it and both work pretty well together!

Top class mattress
I had read thorough lot of reviews about the mattress and picked this one as people’s experience of using this mattress weighed a lot in my selection of this mattress and frankly it did not disappoint me.it expanded withing 24 hours and after sleeping on this mattress for few weeks ,the mattress is perfect in all aspects.comfort,pain reliever and no smell at all.mattress is worth the buy and overall am very happy that I picked this mattress.
But I need to bring it to notice of Amazon people that the delivery company that delivered my mattress deserved to be kicked out of their supplier list honestly.one,they delivered my mattress with outer box all torn damaged and delivery person cared less about consumer and dropped midway on my drive way.took the photo from other side hiding clearly the ripped and damaged side .was really pissed off but for the fact that mattress was air sealed ,would have returned it.the quality of mattress is good hence I did not call the Amazon customer service.hope Amazon wakes up to this and seriously reconsider retaining the delivery company.

Comfortable, without additional smells, can be used on the same day as unpacked. There is a zipper to remove the cover if necessary. Satisfied with the quality.

From all the reviews I thought my plush 14inch mattress would be a bit to soft for me but they definitely lied, very supportive and you still feel like your on a cloud especially when you have a heated blanket to pre warm the bed before you sleep definitely recommend king memory foam pillows to go along with it

Never Expanded
We purchased two twin XL Lucid mattresses and were very disappointed. Neither mattress expanded fully after 2 weeks. Very uncomfortable and were unusable. We would absolutely not recommend purchasing these mattresses!

We bought 2 Twin XL mattresses to go with our Twin XL adjustable bed frames and put them together to make a split king bed. These mattresses are so comfortable that we not only get the best sleep of our lives we also no longer get the aches and pains we had when we slept on a traditional coil mattress.

We have had several foam mattresses and really like them better than the traditional kind. We slept on a Lucid mattress while out-of-town and staying with a friend. We ordered one immediately when we came home! The price is very good and the comfort is excellent. Both my husband and I are really enjoying it. Just slept on it for the fourth night. Each night has been a fantastic, solid nights sleep. I’m waking up feeling rested and physically comfortable. I would highly recommend this mattress!

This is my second lucid mattress and it doesnât disappoint! Easy to fluff out, keeps me comfortable all night. Good temperature. Iâd say itâs worth the money. Very good quality and very comfortable!

The pros: it expanded to 12 inches thick. It was ready within a few hours. There was no smell. The cost for a queen is affordable.
The cons: I ordered the plush but it’s definitely not plush, it’s still comfortable but didn’t cradle me as I expected it to. It’s not a full queen of 60×80, it’s a few inches shy (not a deal breaker though as it’s just me and I was sleeping on a twin for the last 5 years)
All in all I love it, but if you’re looking for plush this is not what I expected. I did purchase a topper and that definitely gave me the plush feeling I was going for.

We’ve had the bed for a few weeks now. Originally was going to go with the plush because we are both side sleepers but when i checked Lucid’s website they recommended the Medium Firm if the side sleeper is over 160lbs ( if i remember correctly) which i am and my partner is close to. I sort of regret not trying the plush out first because the medium firm is REALLY firm when first fully inflated. But as we’ve been sleeping on it its definitely eased up after the first few nights and is very comfortable and supportive in any sleeping position. Definitely a high quality cover and it was worth springing for the gel/bamboo foam version of this because it does not retain our heat at all compared to memory foam toppers i’ve had in the past. If you’re a side sleeper and anything under 180lbs or so would definitely recommend going for the plush version though.
