Enough height, lower back support
Just put it together. It took me less than 15 minutes. Very easy to assemble. The design supports lower back. Can have proper seating posture. The seat cushion is thick and supportive. Love it! Great Taiwanese product quality !!

Great chair!
I am very happy with this chair. Assembly was really simple (no tools needed) and took less than 15 minutes. The chair is very comfortable and raises high.
Gerda –
Very comfortable but minimum height seat to floor in higher than advertised on site!
Great chair in terms of comfort.. but minimum seat to floor height is approx. 2 1/2 inches higher than advertised…. and therefore too high. I was going to return it but decided as it was very comfortable I would keep it and raise my deck a little to make it work.

Bon achat

4’8″ tall, small framed person
with disability sits very comfortably because the back is adjustable also. But the pneumatic rod is not working all that smoothly…the rest is great though!

Disclaimer: I repaired typewriters for 10 years so I am a fair judge of mechanical devices. I am very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this chair. It is made in Taiwan which I feel is a cut above mainland products. The instructions are sketchy (just pictures) but it is really child’s play–no tools needed.I like that the bottom and back are covered with a shell and there is no unsightly stapled upholstery. The steel chair and back supports seem very sturdy and well-made. The plastic trim isn’t so sturdy but looks well enough. I considered leaving it off, but it is for my workshop and may keep dust out of the cylinder support system. The pedestal is plastic, but appears to be good quality plastic.I wasn’t sure how good the foot support would be. Some picture show a welded tubular frame and others looked like a plastic casting. I was happy to discover that it is actually cast metal, and should be sturdy. It is only attached to the ring with pop rivets but if they ever failed it would be easy to replace one with a bolt or screw. I was also worried that the set screw would press against the post and mar it or be insufficient to keep it in place. To my surprise there are two thick semi-circular steel plates that press on either side of the column and hold it very sturdily. The pads are thick and comfortable and the back is adjustable vertically and horizontally. I find it more comfortable than any of my other office chairs. The upholstery appears very durable, more so than vinyl would be. It may collect sawdust but a vacuum should get it clean enough for a shop stool. The minimum height is 24″ minus a little pad compression. The maximum is an amazing 34″ minus 2-3″ of pad and column compression. If anything it rolls too easily on my sometimes inclined shop floor. I have ordered nylon glides to replace the casters which will reduce the height as well. You don’t want it rolling around when you are working on power equipment. I mainly got this to take some strain off of a foot injury and it should serve that purpose well.

I started using this chair more than a year ago while working from home pre-COVID. Before I got it, my back was constantly sore and progressively more sore throughout the day, sitting in a regular height chair. Iâm 6â1â, but most of my height is in my torso, not my legs. So a regular height desk chair has me positioned too low to the desk and makes me raise my elbows and shoulders to use the keyboard. I work in media, building and maintaining websites, shooting and editing video and photos, and recording and editing voiceovers 8 to 10 hours a day. This chair has been an absolute back-saver! Three months ago, I started a full-time job running a local radio station and I took this chair to my office, in addition to ordering another one for the studio. I LOVE this chair and you will, too! (If I had a complaint, it would be that it does âsqueak.â But those spray lubricants fix that easily.)

I searched extensively for an adjustable chair that would meet my budget and specific height requirements (the table that I need it for is not a standard height since I made a DIY beading table using 31″ high closet organizers for the base) so my current chair was too low and getting to be too uncomfortable. Most chairs just did not meet the height range I needed, but this one seemed to fit the bill and it also had the footrest, which was another feature I really hoped to find. I am happy to say that I am thrilled with my purchase. I had considered getting a stool, but am very glad I chose a chair for back support. The cushioned seat is amply padded and very comfortable, although I haven’t sat in it for any extended period of time yet. At it’s lowest height, it’s JUST the right height I needed for my table. I’m 5’1″ and I do have to use the legs for a little help getting into it, but that’s not a big deal. At its highest, I can barely get into it! (I didn’t do that purposely – it happened when I was putting it together and I had to climb up into it using the wall for help so I could get it back down. But that could come in handy if I get really lazy and don’t feel like standing up to reach the top of my beading supplies!) So far I am very happy with this chair. Plus, it was on my doorstep within a couple of days of ordering it, which was a pleasant surprise. Shipping wasn’t cheap, but for the total price I paid for the chair, I believe I got a great deal. It appears to be a well-made, quality product. It’s sturdy, comfortable, and perfect for my needs. I would recommend this chair to anyone.

I have never put together a chair like this before. Hubby was the one who used to fix and build. Before I started, I really checked the parts that came in the package. The seat, for instance, is already attached to the screw knob but on the single-paper manual, they are listed as two parts. I matched the parts according to the instructions given and put the chair together in less than 20 minutes. I took my time as I intended to do it right the first time. The chair is very comfortable! Seat is thick and huge. I’m five feet and petite. Maybe, for me, the seat is considered big. I like how it dips a little in the middle and does not slope downward in the front. The back also dips in the middle so that your back sort of rests between the slight right and left “humps”. Padding of the seat is firm and has a slight give but I do not sink into it. Maybe, because I am under 110 pounds. I like that the seat size lets me sit cross-legged. I really like the seat. Nothing to complain about it.Footring is a must for me. I lower the chair to its lowest to get on and off it. But, without doing that, the footring is extremely useful for me to place one foot on it and get up on the chair. The pump (?) thing that allows for lowering and raising the chair works great. I think I would like the footring wider in diameter. When I sit and place my feet on the footring, my legs are bent inward a little too far back under the seat. Not that it’s uncomfortable. The back is not adjustable but it does move a little so that when I lean back, it follows the movement and is not rigid. I find that this tiny movement adds to the comfort of leaning.Swiveling and rolling is very smooth.I’m glad I bought the chair over similar ones researched. It’s so good to sit on!

Absolutely LOVE this chair! We have a high counter at our craft business so a “regular” chair just does not cut it. This adjustable chair is PERFECT! When I create our photo art I need to be looking down on the art for the best results. I keep this chair at a level that my knees still go under the counter but my upper body is looking down on it. Due to it being on castors I can also scoot back easily and grab other items if needed.I have NEVER had an issue of it going down by itself. In fact I have to be sat on it with my full weight in order to make it go down when I lift the handle. The kids are not heavy enough to make it go down with their light weights on it but can make it go up! I LOVE the footrest as it ensures that my feet are not “hanging” when seated. The back of the seat moves back as required i.e is flexible so you can adjust your posture as needed. VERY comfortable. Was it easy to put together? Well, I did a little bit of the construction myself and then let Richard do the rest :)We purchased this at the full prevailing price. We were not required to write a review but chose to do so. Thanks, Liz
