Iâve been trying to return the item, but the chair will not detach without me using a hammer to disassemble. The parts are bent. Very disappointed and I probably will have to throw it out. Wish there was an option to drop the chair off built. I want my money back.

So, there i was, going through chairs just about every 4 months due to sitting so much (i work online, chairs take a beating). I thought to myself “man, i could really use a la-z-boy”, but i thought that would mean having a recliner at my desk… seems pretty unreasonable. Then i notice they do actually make desk chairs!!! This thing is actually really comfy and offers a lot of seat support so i don’t think i will be wearing it out anytime soon. The only complaint i have is that the arms are so sturdy that its a bit hard to get them on, being that i am not the strongest fellow in the computer. but overall, after getting it put together, 5/5

I bought two of these for my office after going through 2 office chairs off of amazon in the last 2 years (that simply tore or broke). The boxes for these chairs were delivered with big tears and the second box had the screws missing. I will return the second chair and keep one I already assembled. I go through a chair every year it seems, but I think this one will last longer.Pros- the chair looks nice with the quilted design- the chair has nice material (guessing it is leather or that bonded leather not sure)- the chair is solidly built – the wheels and metal base / arms should last- easy to assembleCons- box / packaging is poor- the chair is not a high back chair as it is advertised. I thought that it would support the full back and neck area, it just about covers the back.- the comfort is mediocre, I will see if I can tolerate it for 8 hours a day. The base seat seems like the cushion will give after an hour or so and you need to let it “reinflate” by not sitting on it. The back position does not have sufficient inclination so you sit a little too forward for comfort- the recline feature does not lock into a position. I miss that feature from my older chairs. This also does not recline as far back as I would like- not as tall and wide as I would like. this is less of a primary chair, more of a secondary office chair for visitors

The instructions were clear and the included T-handle hex driver was a welcomed upgrade to the cheap L-shaped hex driver that is typical. The extra parts included were also a nice touch.Comfort level is great with ample cushion in the seat & back rest. As others have stated, lower lumbar support isn’t as great as chairs that are specifically design for that, but expected for the price point. The welds on the legs and arms looks sloppy and I’m worried they may fail if you are prone to “plopping” into your chairs. Though I suspect the faux leather will crack long before. Time will tell.Lastly, the tilt could use work. The tilt angle is sleight and it’s quite tough to actually lean back without bracing your feet on something, it may loosen in time. Furthermore, there is no tilt-lock feature, which I was disappointed about. It’s so ubiquitous on any office chair that I thought the omission in the description was accidental.Overall, a solid chair for the price point but next time I may have to shop around more (and end up paying more) for the features and quality that I was hoping for.
