Be Careful
Although the choice and finish of materials used for the chair were good, the chair’s construction is not up to the mark. The four screws that hold the front legs of the chair to the rest of the chair are only 3/8″ in length. When my wife sat on the chair, these screws became dislodged, causing the chair to collapse. As a result, the upper section of the chair hit the back of her head, and she suffered a concussion. She’s now undergoing medical treatment for the concussion. The front legs of the chair should have been fastened using bolts that go through the wood!

One chair’s padded seat had a dent in it, likely from misplaced packing material that poked into it. It seems to be getting better with time, but I’d appreciate a remedy, if there is one.
