Itâs ok. Ladder step cracked while installing it. Very very wobbly and will have to anchor to the walls. Everything well labeled except 2 posts which I didnât notice till I finished setting up the bed. I put it all together on my own. Took about 5 hrs alone.Changed rating due to Customer Service reaching out and addressing my issues. Pleased with the service they provided.

Unstable bed
Iâve purchased this bed because I donât have enough space. After I finished the installation, the bed started to shake side to side. I verified if the screws were tight and yet it kept shaking. Overall Iâm unsatisfied with the product

It’s not nearly as sturdy as they would have you believe. Four, 1 1/2 x3 1/2 inch supports aren’t durable enough for a loft bed. I’d have serious safety concerns for anyone over 150lbs being on this bed. Finish is spotty and uneven in places. I get not wanting to spray the areas that require hardware, but there are just random spots without any finish.The bed comes in two packages, and after 3 weeks without the second package to show up I was given an absolutely crummy attitude from the seller because I asked if they had tracking information for the second package. They said they did not.When the second package finally arrived, I received an unprofessional message saying they know it’s been delivered.

I ordered this for my daughter who is turning 13 in March. We had a full-sized bunk bed for her and her sister before. She told me she didnât like anyone sitting on her bed and wanted some space of her own. I searched around and found this one. It is perfect for her!She has her own bed that others cannot easily access. She loves the space underneath her bed. The size of the desk, the big space she can arrange by herself, and the little corner her favorite cat can enjoy together with her, she is happy about everything. Now she is asking for a white bookshelf to arrange her books.The assembly was straightforward. I followed the instructions, and got a little support from my daughter. My only advice to whoever get this is that donât fasten the screws all the way to the end when you start. Put all the screws in a little loosely but tighten them only at the last minute. Try not to use too strong electronic screwdriver until the last minute. I broke a couple of pieces by doing so at the beginning and went back to the manual screwdriver.The wood used is very sturdy. This kind of loft bed is usually wobbly (itâs unavoidable due to its nature), but my friend who owns two loft beds told me this is a much better one. Iâm still planning to get a few more extra parts to fasten the bed to the wall to be safe. For safety, nothing is too much!

This loft is perfect for what I needed to be. I wanted sturdy bed for my nieces who are growing but have small bedroom size. I left out the desk so I can fit a shelf and a drawer chest underneath. It was easy to set up. Great piece of furniture if you need to utilize space.

We bought two of these for younger teenage girls. Some good and some not so good.The Good:Unique design. Stair access is great. Desk is strong and works well. Good height underneath compared to some others. Kids couldnât even wait long enough for me to snap a pic before throwing their junk on it.The Not So:While it is pretty strong, and I think the weight ratings are probably accurate, almost all of the wood is approximately 3×1 to 3×1.5. Though strong, all the wood is rather thin and lightweight. Because of that, it wobbles long ways a little more than I like. This isnât uncommon with affordable loft beds.To fix this, I put a little L bracket into a wall stud and into the underneath of the bed. No sway at all. In fact, with the kids laying on the bed, the weight kept it from swaying. So I think this is partly a design issue, but also gravity, as itâs just a lightweight bed.That being said, the frame appears to be some solid would, though kind of soft. The mattress beams are some sort of plywoodâ¦but surprisingly strong. Not a lot of moving when rolling around the bed, etc.The finish is kind of a matte finish. Not super thick, so Iâm expecting some worn look after a year or two.The assembly was rather straight forward. The parts all fit well. After short use, the Allen wrench screws needed a very slight tightening. Not unusual, but hard to know if it will be a long-term issue.All in all, I think itâs pretty in line with its price point. Be aware of the little wiggle that will need to be addressed with an added support in back or an L bracket to make it real sturdy.One benefit of the wood frame (as opposed to the more common metal loft bed) is it is a little easier to modify if you need to add something.

Buyer beware – the product is advertised to hold 287lbs on the ladder. I climbed the ladder to make my daughters bed and it did not hold my weight at 250lbs. While I was on the second step it broke causing me to fall through the 2nd and 1st step. Do not recommend this product. Poor quality!

My 11 years old girl want a loft bed & I purchased this for her. I need this bed for 1-2 years only, It looks exactly as photos, material is good enough, just a little shaking, but I think itâs acceptable for itâs price. the best thing is the desk, the desk is beyond my expectations, good size & thick. My daughter is very happy, thank you!
