Excellent customer service!!
I purchased this bed Dec. 6/23 for my daughter, and it was delivered Dec. 11. It arrived in good condition, the box was very heavy, so 2 people should move it.Assembly was straight forward, and the bed looks very nice, and is very sturdy.The lights in the headboard were missing, so I contacted seller through Amazon. Seller responded almost immediately, and went above and beyond to rectify the situation, and had lights sent from the factory…which were received yesterday, Dec. 27.This company has been a pleasure to deal with…responses were quick, and they took whatever steps necessary to rectify the situation in a timely and professional manner.I would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future…customer service like this is rare to find nowadays!!

The bed frame is of good quality and easy to install. What I like best is its drawer. There are two drawers under the bed in which you can put a lot of things. It also comes with a socket, making it easy to charge your phone.
