One end of main frame bracket is bent so far in half I could never get a headboard attached much less have the mattress box spring sit properly on it. It’s thick steel so I can’t do anything to straighten it. Would need a blow torch to melt it and bend it I guess. Disappointed. I’m only using (and only needed) the center bar support as my existing adjustable steel rail frame didn’t have one and I bought a larger mattress set. The rest of this entire thing i’m putting out to garbage and maybe someone with a blow torch can fix it and use it. Insane waste of money and disappointed.

this item was probably good if I would have paid more attention
this item was probably good if I would have paid more attention. Mistakenly thought that King brand was king size and when It arrived, I was not ready for it and therefore did not check until it was too late to return. All items should probablyshow the dimensions when advertised. )Just a thought.. I will try to sell it myself to someone else, as the price is a good one. I am sure it is a great product otherwise.

If you bought this bed frame, it isn’t because you were looking to make a fashion statement or anything. However, this does do the job, and is the thing you need if you have a bed with a split box spring, which is why I bought this frame. The delivery was super fast, and it was pretty easy to set up myself. I do have two qualms about it, though.First, it is VERY low to the ground, so you can’t fit much underneath if you are planning to store anything, and using bed risers is hard because there are seven elements that touch the ground that would all need to have a riser underneath (and if you are like me and attached a metal headboard to the frame, that adds two more poles to the ground).Second, there are only wheels on the four corners, so moving the bed is really difficult, especially if you have it on a plush carpet like I do. The middle support easily buckles when you move the bed, and since the bed frame is so low to the ground it’s really hard to get underneath to straighten it again. However, the price was right and it’s pretty sturdy. I had no problems attaching a headboard to it–it is pretty standard in that regard.

I bought this product and was a little nervous re the quality because of the price. But it was so easy to put together and it works perfectly. I have a Queen mattress and boxspring. They fit perfectly and I feel very safe with the frame holding my bed up. I’ve had it now for a little over a month and I’ve not had one issue. It holds up my bed and is very sturdy. The price is just amazing and you can’t beat it for the quality either. It’s totally worth buying and I doubt you’ll regret it. I’m very happy I found this product on here and for the price which you can’t beat. I am very satisfied. The shipping was also very quick too.

I purchased this frame for my gf’s queen sized bed after her old frame was just about ready to give out. I chose this frame not only for it’s great reviews, but because of the added support of the three legs in the middle of the frame, rather than just being supported by the four corner legs.We ordered the frame and it came quickly with prime. When we opened up the box, it seemed oddly packaged. With the wheels already being inserted where they had to be and nothing being in plastic. We followed the directions exactly, but ended up with a noticalbe wobble that could not be ignored even after putting the mattress on.I requested an exchange and within a couple of days, received our replacement frame. We opened the box and THIS frame was actually factory packaged. Plastic covering certain parts, nothing partially assembled. We again, put it together using the instructions and this time came out with a great result. An extremely sturdy bed frame.I suspect that we might have received a previously refunded bed frame the first time around the way it was packaged. Something to keep an eye out for. We’ve had this frame for over a month now and it still feels as sturdy. No movement.I would highly recommend this frame. Great value, great price. Just be sure you receive an actual NEW frame, not a previously returned frame.

Gather round, folks. Gather round. Allow me to introduce you to the item that finally awed me, in one direction or another, to the point that I had to write a product review after years of silence.First, allow me to be succinct and blunt: This item is a rip-off. Many of the other one star reviews accurately report the product’s problems and the issues with it’s advertising. There is nothing heavy duty about this bed frame. Now, for those of you that like a review with a bit of substance:The frame railings are decidedly narrow pieces of metal; I believe I recall another reviewer saying that they were all 1 inch wide (in comparison to the 1.5+ inches that can be found in some other frames), and that is completely accurate. Despite the rails having two “edges” or sides (basically a right angle made out of metal), the folding arms that you connect to assemble the base frame simply feel flimsy due to the lack of material used in their construction. The advertised steel used to produce the frame also seems to be the opposite of dense. I needed a queen frame to replace a full frame, and the old full frame I possessed (which had -no- center support bar) felt heavier than this thing. The pictures on Amazon (and other retailers) are relatively misleading, as the whole thing -looks- like it should be sturdy, but it is not. The center legs, at the head and foot of the frame, are cylinders of plastic attached by a single screw that passes through a hole in the overlapping rail arms and into the cylinder’s top. These legs themselves seem weak and cheap, but the biggest problem with them is that they are affixed by that single screw to rail arms that aren’t sturdy to begin with. There is another reviewer that mentions hitting one of those center legs with a vacuum, in a session of everyday cleaning, and damaging the leg. I have absolutely no doubt their claim is true. I could push or pull on these legs, and the rail was so weak that it would actually allow movement of the leg with very little resistance. With anything resembling a minimal effort, I think it would be possible to cause those rail arms to twist by way of pressure applied to the center legs. The wheels are also deceptive, and are yet another thing that looks sturdy but isn’t. The plastic wheel itself is mostly hollow and is comprised of a plastic cylinder “shell” supported by plastic spokes radiating from the central point. Upon un-boxing, the wheel’s “posts” (that you insert into the built-in portion of the frame’s legs), seem more than large enough to get the job done. However, since one of my wheel’s was broken, I got to see that those posts are actually just thick plastic sleeves covering narrow metal pegs. Yes, this “Ultimate in strength and durability, quality and structure” will support your heavy mattress and foundation with little metal legs roughly the diameter of a #2 pencil.Assorted oddities with my experience of this product: One of the wheels, as mentioned, was broken out of it’s plastic “sleeve”. And, the two screws that were supposed to affix the head and foot center-legs were shipped without engraved heads. Or, to put it simply, there is no flat-head or Phillips-head…there is only a rounded but otherwise unmarked surface. I’ll admit, the screws do have a squared portion right below the head, and I assume this meant the screws were to be fixed in place and the legs then screwed -onto- them . However, this led to the fun task of trying to attach the cheap center-legs, to the shoddy rails, by hand-cranking the things onto screws that fit -badly-; the holes created by the overlapping rail arms are not square, and therefore not fitted for the included screws. So, do yourself a favor and find a different frame. Ultimately, I was pressed for time and had to buy a Legett and Platt frame from a furniture store local to me. The real kicker is that the L & P frame cost me $60, only about $13 more than the King’s Brand frame, but was so much sturdier I found it comical. At the end of the day, there are other frames offered on Amazon and I’m sure some are of a quality greater than this King’s Brand offering.Tomorrow I will be sorting out how to reconstruct it’s packaging, and then I will return this piece-of-trash frame to Amazon.

This bed frame is extremely well made! The frame itself goes together like any other bed frame. What makes this bed frame different is it has a screw that goes in after you lock it to the size you want. It also has legs on each area of frame for added support. Heavy duty and very sturdy.
