Assembly took me 4 hrs but maybe because I am not the best at assembling things.But once it was assembled, my gosh, it looked amazing! Sturdy and doesn’t feel like it’s from Amazon!Currently being used by 2 adult women – 1 220 lbs (lower bunk bed) with 2 dogs who occasionally join her at night. Upper bunk is being used by a 170 lbs woman.No issues so far and can’t even hear or feel when the other is moving.Bought this as I am trying to save space since my friend is staying for few months. Will convert it as my bed (upper) and dogs’ bed (lower) once she leaves. So far so good.

Very easy to follow instructions. My favorite part is that the bottom bunk is only 2″ off the ground. very sturdy, all pre-drilled holes match up perfectly. My one point of advise… follow the instructions to a T… if it says only tighten 80%, dont fully tighten….. Will be much easier to get all the screws in like they anticipated it to be… hahaha then just go around after everything is together and tighten it all up. VERY IMPRESSED WITH THIS BED!!

We literally had to bend and tweak the metal pieces in order to get most of the bolts in. Everything on this bed is misaligned so all of the side supports on both levels have 1/2 the bolts in and there was just no way to get the rest in the holes. I’m going to have to get furniture straps and anchor it to the wall so it doesn’t move so much. I would return it but I cut up the box when I opened it.

This took 3 people well over 3 hours to put together. The hardest part was the rails the mattress sits on. The side rails were not properly labeled, but we didn’t realize we had not put the right pieces together until trying to put the ladder and respective side rail on, so we left it off. It should be assembled as A-B and A-C, but we put them on as A-A and B-C (not actual letters from the diagram, but how I am explaining it). This is being used by two adults and other than it being Leo to the ground and needing a step stool to ge tup top, it is working well to be used for a few years. I highly recommend the heavier person use the lower bed because the rails do bend slightly on top wherever the weight is. I have no doubt in the capability of the rails holding the person, but more for assurance. That all being said, it is well worth the price. Similar products could cost 2-4 times the price but since this isn’t being used for more than a few years and even single bed sets are worth more, it is worth the price and headache of putting it together.

I didn’t get a chance for pictures, thankfully my boyfriend doesn’t “let objects beat him” it was a hastle because of unmatched pieces poorly cut ends, bent part just poor craftsmanship. For 300 I don’t recommend, but im tired of these room not being put together so we thought it best to just use it.
