Tought it Was a Great Chair! Now Replaced
Delivery was fast (though it came without the usual tracking warnings due to a mix up). Easy to assemble with the components clearly marked with the direction they should go in. Nice looking and well made non-leather product that is readily adjustable. Good fit for a tall person (of which I am). The seat material was a little rough on bare legs when sitting wearing shorts for the first month or so and also tends to collect crumbs in its many small indentations.Sep/17 – After two years one of the arm pads started cracking and pieces eventually broke off one side. Bought replacement pads recently from Amazon but unfortunately then found the pad screws are in so tight all I managed to do was strip a screw without getting the pad off.Jul/2018 – Replaced with a DXRacer Tank series computer gaming chair which will undoubtedly last far longer and is specifically suited to really tall people (though it took some work / study / bucks to make it really comfortable).

Comfortable chair.
Bought this chair for a new employee. No complaints so far; has a reasonable amount of adjustments. Looks like it will stand up.

Overpriced, Underwhelming
I expected a lot from a $400 dollar chair with bare-bones features, and was sadly disappointed.Pros:Tilt-sync feature is well balanced, and supports lower back throughout the entire movement.Wheels glide… well?Cons:Seat is very firm – and quite short. At 6’3 the cushion barely covers 3/4th of my thighs.Arm rests barely raise – At maximum height my elbows are still a good 2 inches above even at 90 degrees. Once I start using a mouse and keyboard they may as well not exist at all.Very basic features – Without even being able to lock the tilt in a particular position you’ve only got two adjustment options: resistance-based free-floating tilt or perfectly straight.Overall this chair has the features typically seen in an 80 dollar office chair, and apart from the back support about the same level of comfort you would expect from one.Definitely returning – I got more comfort, better form fitting, and more adjustability out of the $168 chair ‘CoolMesh Executive mid back’ chair from Source Furniture.

This chair is from a respected, quality office furniture company but available for an affordable price. It is perfect for my home office. The chair is easy to assemble and easy to adjust for your comfort. Iâm short and I can adjust the arm and seat height perfectly but this chair could easily be comfortable for a taller or heavier person. The seat is firm but comfortable. The fabric looks durable and probably will be fine in our cat-occupied home. The chair rolls easily. And it looks nice too. All in all, a good buy.

Ordered several of these office chairs for our administration offices. They have wonderful support, have great adjustability, and the price was comparable to other brands. The instructions for putting the chair together was easy to follow and not difficult at all. I would definitely purchase this chair again!

Overall great chair for the price. We enjoy them. We tried a few in this price range and ended up here. We’re months in and loving them still.Update 12/18/2017:We’ve been using these chairs daily for months. We have four in our small office. These chairs are pretty darn awesome. We paid around $250 a pop which is partly why I gave them a 4 star. The price matched with material and lack of lumbar control make it a 4 star. But I just ordered another at $200 and am tempted to head into the 5 star territory.Pros:- Very comfortable- Can sit in all day and not feel any aches- Light enough to move around easily in- Mesh keeps you cool, no sweating, etc on hot days- They look very nice, professional- The back support feels very strong and not like you’ll break the metal- No warping after months of use in any way- Arm rests are firm, upright, and not swayingCons:- Mesh gets dirty. Eat a bagel and the crumbs will get stuck in the chairs mesh. Probably could be vacuumed out but unlike a solid piece of cloth or material, things get into the mesh.- Missing lumbar support or adjustments- Price is still a bit high for meAdvice: buy the chair. <$250 it's one of the best on the market. You'll like that, unlike Pleather or other crappy material, this chair won't show serious signs of usage in the first year. I suspect these chairs will last far longer than most competitors in this price range.Update! 12/2018Still using this chair daily. Still works like a charm. Arms slightly bending but hard to complain with the level of usage for 2+ years.

This chair is great. I typically sit at the computer 8+ hours a day, and have been wanting a chair that I can sit in which doesn’t hurt my back and make my legs fall asleep.Pros:Comfortable cushionGood heightSolid back supportEasy to assemble (took about 5 minutes by myself)Seems very well madeCons:None that I can think of

Chair is fairly comfortable. Adjustable arms are sturdy (note – height adjustment only, if the screws are loosened, you can get about 1/2-inch in/out). However, my feet barely sit flat on the floor when the chair is in it’s lowest setting. In all fairness, I installed rubber roller-wheels to replace the hard plastic wheels to avoid marring my wood floor so chair is 3/4″ taller than designed, but still, surprised I cannot get the chair lower. Would be a problem for a shorter person.Assembly was pretty easy. I was a bit worried when I opened the box and saw all the parts, but they made easy sense and instructions were clear. Took me about 15-minutes.
