The item is not leveled.
Properly installed but the 4 legs donât land on a flat ground⦠this is annoying. It is hard to return a large item. The quality doesnât worth this money.

I bought this chair to accent my other furnishings and it fit perfectly. I did have a slight problem but the vendor Aosom Canada followed up right away with several options and my issue was resolved very quickly. I say if you are considering it buy the chair. Rear legs are difficult to align
The chair is good for its price. The front legs have no issue of alignment because they are straight. The rear legs do not however properly align, with the curved surface towards inside so that the tip of the legs would touch the floor slightly inclined outwards for better stability. As I insert and try to tighten them the intended symmetry cannot be easily maintained. I had to buy washers (spacer rings) to bring them into the right alignment by trial and error. My suggestion is the manufacturer needs to modify the design of the hind legs.
