Super comfortable
This chair is so comfortable, sturdy and the quality is perfect. The back massage and heating feature is a BIG plus as I’m a student and spend literally hours at my desk and can get very sore. I learned quickly that cheaping out with computer chairs isn’t a wise thing to do as my last one was “ergonomic” but a cheap piece of ð. This is like a Cadillac compared to my old one ðð¥°. It was also easy to put together, as I did so myself, the only part that was kind of difficult & could’ve went smoother with another person was attaching the back of the chair to the bottom. But it’s not impossible to put this together quickly on your own!Hiiiiiiighly recommend ð

Not soft, cheaply made, would not recommend
Looks very soft, but there is not much for padding, pretty hard chair. Heat is nice and works well. There is only one remote holder (on the right hand side) and our closest plug is on the opposite side, constantly running over the cord with chair. Back has now broken after a month of us and offers zero support. Would not buy this chair again.

Great chair, comfy and warm
Love this chair, very easy to put together, Like 10 minures tops. Heat is very soothing and can be used separately from massage. Massage function works well, but a little loud on high, a little too loud to use when I am.on a call. However, uber comfy, and work 9 hours sitting in front of a computer. I would give a five except for the noise on high massage and sits a little high for my 5’2″ frame even at lowest level. Great bang for your buck, will be interesting to see how it holds up!

Broken after a year
The massage and heating feature is nice, but the way it connects to the power outlet could have been improved.The wheels are not rolling very smoothly, despite being on floor mat on hardwood floor.The stand is broken and now coming off the wheel base.The arm rests “leather” is crackingI’m 6’2″ and it doesn’t support my head.Lumbar support is not enough.

Decent when we first got it, but now it leans to one side.
Fairly comfortable and the vibration setting is ok. Not great, but ok and for the price you pay I would say it is adequate. It was a Christmas gift for my husband for his office. He has used it steadily for 6 weeks and unfortunately it is now tilting to the left side considerably. We are trying to sit only on the right side to see if that counters the lean. We will see if that works I guess. For the price not a bad chair, but definitely not one I would purchase again due to the poor construction of it. Lesson learned. Pay a hundred bucks more and get something sturdier so it doesn’t begin to tilt.

JUNK! and Uncomfortable
After reading many reviews, I decided to purchase this chair thinking it would help my hip issue but it doesn’t. This chair is so uncomfortable to sit in, I find myself constantly adjusting and getting up to relieve the pain. My grandmothers sewing stool from the 50’s is more comfortable! honestly!When you move/roll around, you are constantly running over the cord for the heater and massage, so i never use those options cause the cord is constantly in the way of the chair wheels. Super annoying.and lastly, the finishing on the chair is already coming off after using it on average 3-5 hours a day for the last year and all i wear is jogging pants while sitting in it so it cant be blamed on misuse or harsh clothing. Its just junk and so not worth the money i paid for this.No not lastly, the warranty is 90 days! like whats going to happen to a home office chair in 90 days! Obviously that speaks to a company that doesnt stand behind their product. Like who has a 90 day warranty and no customer satisfaction! COSTCO DOESN’T!!!Save yourself from continuing to read other reviews, and go with my advice go to another chair and company.On my way to the garbage dump then stopping at Costco on my way home. I cant even sell it to some poor soul on the buy and sell, its just cruel.
