Oh is it ever comfy
After breaking my last cheap office chair due to my, umm, “august personage” (I admit it, I’m overweight) so I bought this one. Well worth the money. Decent ergonomic support, well padded, holds up to 400 pounds, and great for long stretches of home office work – comfortable and breathable. Just get some different wheels or a floor cover if you have a hardwood floor, the plastic wheels will damage the hardwood.

Nice recline feature, but no resistance, be careful not to tip. Overall comfortable and well made.
Really comfy, looks nice and premium. I can sit cross legged in it, I’m also only 5′ 3″.
At the lowest setting my feet cannot touch the ground though. I like the ability to use the foot rest and recline, but you must use your won muscle force to recline, otherwise you might fall out of the chair. This means there is no resistance to the recline. Plus you can only recline fully and not partially. I was able to fall asleep in this chair while reclined, so it’s quite comfortable.
The seat is comfortable and it was easy to assemble the chair as it came unassembled, but the bottom apparatus was already attached to the underside of the chair, which is more than you usually get with chairs in a box. So you only had to put on the arms, and attach the top and bottom to each other. The chair rolls well, very fluid and easy. So they are good quality casters.
Overall I would recommend this chair, just be advised that recline is all the way and you’ll need to use your ab muscles to recline as there is no resistance to reclining. Be aware of that so you don’t fall out of your seat, or tip over.
As a note to the manufacturer, I would add resistance to the decline for the reclining option. As it can feel like you are going to fall over — most would expect a resistance to the recline phase.

Comfortable, ergonomic and sturdy, priced right as well
Got this “manager’s chair” to replace an old one in my home office.
After using it for a day, I found this to be more comfortable than the replaced one which I got from an office supply chain store for twice the price.
First of all, the assembly was quite straightforward and easy. Took me about 15 minutes to put it together. Instructions were clear. I was quite impressed with how the screws were grouped and packed in small pockets with clear identification. Other manufactures including Ikea put all the parts in one single pouch and you have to sort out from the diagram which is which during the assembling process. In addition, the package included an Allen wrench with an ergonomic T handle, instead of the infamous dinky L-shaped Allen key. It was so much easier to use. Bravo!
The chair is designed to be sturdy. The legs are all metal. The base plate that hold the seat and fit it to the air rod is large and thick. The screws that mount the base plate to the seat are coated with a thin stripe of teflon which prevents the screws from loosening over time. This is another example of good engineering design.
The back is supported by a strong plastic L bracket on both sides with integrated armrests. This design is a lot sturdier than other cheaper chairs with a only single bracket in the middle.
The armrests are padded and can be flipped up so the chair can fit neatly under the desk when not in use.
The assembled chair is very comfortable to settle in. The seat is wide. Padding is firm but just right. There is a small elevation of the cushion at the edge of the seat. The design prevented my butt from sliding forward and the need to frequently re-position myself sitting in the old chair with a flat seat. The back is ergonomically curved to offer good support of the neck and lower back. These supports are not adjustable.
As in other swivel chairs, the height of the seat and stiffness of the tilt are adjustable. The mechanisms work smoothly.
The cover material is faux leather. These feel taut and soft when new.
A minor quibble I have is the edges along the stitching are not perfectly smooth at some places. I am obviously being hypercritical since I am not reviewing a chair made for a Lexus vehicle.
All in all, I am impressed with the design, quality and comfort of this chair that is fit for a manager. I think the price is very reasonable too.

Attractive, Sturdy Chair
At $310 prior to any discounts or coupons, this HeroSet office chair is about what one would expect for the money. The model I ordered did not have a retractable footrest so I cannot speak to that feature.

Everyone has their own idea of what is comfortable and what is not. For me, I find it comfortable enough given the price.
Note that this chair is repeatedly referred to as being ‘leather’, which it is not .

I purchased two of the HeroSet Executive Leather Office Chairs. They are made of exceptional high quality materials, are very comfortable, and easy to assemble. I recommend the product, and will consider purchasing more as my business needs arise.

Very easy to assemble-took about 15 mins. Looks good. Back support works for me, although I add extra a lumber support cushion, and also a footrest as I work very long hours from home. It doesn’t allow you to adjust armrest height which may be a problem for some. Only thing I don’t like, but its fixable, is the seat gets hot and sweaty-not breathable like mesh. So, throw on a pillowcase and you’re good to go.

Very comfortable. Makes you feel rested after long periods of use. Easy to assemble. Love this product.
